As far as I know they didn't even confirm whether that statement was related to gameplay or story. Might as well mean your characters can't die in gameplay (as was the case in the trilogy) but the story might still force you to choose whom to save and whom to sacrifice.

Well we've seen at least two more magic spells in Kingsglaive; I do hope both are in the game for continuity as well as cause they look great. Those two are Protect and the invisibility thing Libertus does.

Really hope this game turns out to be good. Would be a nice trend this last few months, hyped games end up being disappointments and hated games end up being great.
Not really, gamers in the West like powerful consoles. The same scenario existed already with the Wii U and everyone knows how that turned out. Monster Hunter is a popular franchise, but not big enough to sell the NSwitch in the West. People limited in budget and time will go for either PS4 or Xbox One as they come at an affordable price and offer a greater experience. Moving Monster Hunter to PS4 and Xbox One would be ideal.
Yeah but laptop pc gamers and desktop pc gamers are very different. If you combine the two groups into one group of 'pc gamers' then by the same logic also combine xbox and ps4 into one group of 'console gamers'
Not so much actually. Mobile phones are quite good nowadays. Games like old Final Fantasy titles can be emulated really good on them. If the game has a good story does it matter if it has snes graphics?
