While I agree with the message, I think too many people are ascribing meaning where there is none. I think most people see the Vita is dead articles and a low score, then sudden believe the 2 are connected. The sad truth is that the 3DS went through the same thing and would PROBABLY be in the same boat if it wasn't for Monster Hunter in Japan and the price drop.
As far as Declassified, I think it's a title where reviewers looked at it from the classic 1 = worthless, ...
Places usually close preorders the day before, though you should be fine with amazon or something.
Ragnarok Odyssey - 1 gb
Uncharted Golden Abyss - 2.7gb
Gravity Daze 1.3 gb
Dokuro - 300 mb
Zero Escape - 1 gb
Disgaea 3 - 2.1 gb
Rayman Origins - 932 MB
WipEout - 1.6 gb
and...
Declassified - 2.2gb
Plenty of other games did more with less and only Uncharted "pretty much use all the space on the card".
You're right, but you're also wrong.
Plenty of people have bought a Wii U and got screwed. I think the most depressing is how Target fulfilled orders made YESTERDAY and ignored people that preordered months ago. We also know that every place is going to handle preorders differently, miscalculate or something else might come up. I don't think I am the only person to preorder something at gamestop, but they sold it to someone else. Additionally, you have to give Ne...
Sigh~ Isn't this counter argument getting old? Call of Duty was originally defined by it's Single Player experience and even to this day plenty of people play it for the single player experience. Just because it because the "end all beat all" multiplayer experience with MW, doesn't mean that half of the game is now irrelevant. This is the difference between whining idiot on a forum and a quality reviewer, you HAVE to look at the WHOLE package and JUSTIFY your score. Yes ...
@Smashman
I agree, but my point was more so... 550 is more than an iPad and a lot of money. While the real figure would likely be more, 550 is probably more than most people would pay regardless.
@ Hicken
Sigh~ go troll someone else. You can read the posts on N4G where I said the same thing, but that DOES NOT CHANGE THE FACT superbot has seemingly done it in the past or that the author is doing it here.
People like attention to detail... nothing more.
This will be a supply / demand problem. Everyone wants something like this till they see what the price is. Lets say a PS4 cost 350 (going off the Wii U), how many people are going to plop down lets say 550 just to play older games? These editions most likely won't sell and will go on clearance. At some point they will go out of production and cost less than the standard system and we would be back to where we started. Would be a lot cheaper to offer digital downloads. Sucks rebuying what...
Main character of Starhawk.
I fully agree and think it's sad people keep falling for this stuff. Seriously, how many times do you need to see double-talk from Superbot before you learn?
They also said Crash wouldn't be paid DLC, which automatically confirmed he was in it... it's out in like 5 days, still no Crash period. They also said to stay tuned for someone from Final Fantasy being in it... nothing. There might be more, but this goes against the most logical assumptions.
So you're questioning something that PS3 users have had a trophy list for since Captain Scarlett came out? Of course this is a new DLC, we've had the trophy list for a month...
I don't see the question / concern. We still don't know 100% how it works, so it could EASILY just be "first account to sign on", so you pop on your GF's account and then load the game first. Might be based off the online pass, though if it's a gift... 10 dollars isn't a bad price (assuming the pass might be required to activate). No matter how you go about it, it should work unless the PS3 version only works on 1 account (which makes virtually no sense).
True, but anyone on the PSN can download those characters for those 2 weeks and then buy the game down the road.
You're assuming way too much. For starters, these characters were probably planned early on (supported by Superbot saying it would be a 20+ character cast), but weren't completed in time. Finishing them in time might have caused a delay or Sony finalized everything early to get things into motion (supported by the random tweet that we already had the final roster and Superbot saying TGS would have new characters announced if I recall correctly). We most likely saw early screenshots of...
Let me help you out.
If you want Single Player, DO NOT BUY.
If you really only care about MP, I would consider it.
The controls are good.
AI is dumb.
Offline is short.
No co op or Zombies.
has an enemy rush mode (offline / ad hoc) mode called Hostiles.
MSRP is $50.
Comes with Roads to Victory (PSP CoD game).
Visuals are better than Resistance, but not the best the Vita can do.
and final...
Same thing happened with Resistance Burning Skies, but that doesn't make either person right.
I rather see them offer a useful alternative. As mentioned in the article and as I told many people, many of the legendary shields were situational, which many people ignored for least annoying trade off. Seriously, lets look at it...
The Sham, which is only useful against bullets and are easier to 1 hit than ignore most of their damage.
Pot o' Gold, which dropped cash when shot. Has novelty, but nothing more.
Whisky Tango Foxtrot is more likely to kill yo...
Because if I don't know what the update holds (per say), why would I waste the time clicking it?
Like Sony could list what demos are coming out next week and I could post that Ragnarok Odyssey is getting a demo next week. Most likely very few people are reading that post every week to see if it's coming out, but who wouldn't read the post that tells them the demo they want is coming out?
I like that this was figured out like 4 days ago and revealed to be trials, yet we still have an article about it. Sure it sucks, but Sony seemed to realize it was a problem back then.
