Are you talking about the code saying you got that, but you only got an online pass? If this is what you mean, it was a simple misprint. An amazingly stupid error, but a misprint regardless.
For anyone looking for a code, Gamestop is giving away 10,000 of them via facebook.

Sadly... this is becoming a more common mentality, since it gets hits / people like to hate random things. I'll wait for Rayman Legends to come out and do well, then see whos still talking out their ***.
The Wiimote still has practical uses, though it depends on what you do. If you play with 2 people on Mario, then you have to use 2 Wii Motes. If you want to play with another on Nintendo Land, than you need a Wii Mote (or if you want to use the sword in the zelda game, then you 100% need the wiimote). The only reason why it's NOT included is simple, they didn't want to add more cost and or imply that you're paying for pointless additions. Let me explain it this way...
I think a lot of people don't understand the issue with Bioshocks box art and instead take the argument out of context. For me, I saw most of the complaints (myself included) being that the box art represented a different game than the originals. The originals are more about mystery / adventure, where as infinite reminds me of Call of Duty or Battlefield. So not only does it somewhat imply we might see a shift in gameplay, but we're going to see a different demographic buying it, tha...
You have to look at this logically, which you ironically aren't. It's extremely difficult to TEACH someone to play, so a lot of games do introductions or add practice. This is why we have trials, challenges, missions and other things that FORCE you to do exact combos. These using require timing, which you learn by failing them till you realize that it's not "Punch, Punch" it's "Punch, wait 2 seconds, punch". Sure it could be better, but virtually every figh...
I wouldn't say that... Sure platinum has some good games, but they're not on some completely different tier.
For instance, Mad World had a great idea / story, but the story was trash and it was incredibly repetitive. The same is true for Anarchy Reigns, which has perhaps one of the worst stories and campaigns I've ever played. (You have to play though 1 side, then the other and THEN you finish off your first side. To earn the ending of the other side, you have to ...
I love the the N4G excerpt, since who would ACTUALLY buy a game that just said the name on the cover? I mean it "doesn't matter", since most people will never look at it again, so why waste any money / effort making it interesting.
Seriously though, is this author ACTUALLY informed? You can't just write off any problem a company does, just because I wasn't intended to like it. I think a big part of the problem with Bioshock Infinite's box art, is how...
Quite sure Nightmare Before Xmas got at least 1 lack luster title...
The funny thing is, I haven't seen much about it since Sony revealed it wasn't possible, yet we get this article that is, I don't know... 6 months too late?
Numbers typically just indicate they're part of a series and nothing more.
Disgaea / Final Fantasy are numbered, though they got nothing to do with one another.
Lost Planet 3 is a reboot and "takes place prior" to the first game.
Metal Gear Solid 3 is a prequel.
etc
99.99% No.
As they add more series, we run into a number of problems... these include spoilers, different license holders, more money than it's worth, It's easier to assume they won't bring it over and just import it from the start.
@ Darkpower
For everything good thing they do, they do another 3 bad things.
Yes they add life to a dying game, but they also...
Turn off potential buyers, I mean who wants to know the platinum / 1,000 is impossible without even turning on the game?
It affects how people play. If there is a trophy for knifing 500 people or killing someone in a plane with a grenade, then you can EXPECT... someone will focus on these tasks throughout t...
Same elements, different situations...
Apple didn't need to sue Samsung, they just did that to remain on top / make the competition look bad.
Sega is doing bad financially, so I wouldn't be shocked if they went with this reach to stay alive for a little longer.
I agree.
Someone was telling me that Farcry 3 redefines shooters and I asked him how. He replied by telling me it combined Skyrim with the FPS genre, which lead to me asking him how that was different than Fallout... he never had an answer for me.
I seriously doubt we will see a CE, since Sony has backed off doing them this year. None of the big Vita games got one, none of the big PS3 games got one (many said the same of All-Stars, yet we didn't). Finally, none of the ones from last year really sold, which is especially true for Killzone 3 and Uncharted 3.
Yes.
Got mine, love that it includes the Vita version too!

Normally I would agree, but Sony did a FANTASTIC job with the Kevin Butler series. While not every ad was exactly memorable (or even did a great job promoting the game...), they did a spot for virtually every first party game coming out that year. I would say the issue isn't advertising, but getting their message across...
As I mentioned above, the Kevin spots were numerous, but didn't exactly sell the product. I would suspect the average...
1) Depends on what you do, though I would say 5 is a bit more accurate. However, I typically use my gamepad as a remote, which can last a week without a charge (for me).
2) and your point? I couldn't care less about Zombi U and thats not really a secret, since most reviews were pretty negative. (not saying it's accurate, just saying more said it was bad than good)
3) Who cares?
4) Bayonetta 2, Rayman Legends, Wonderful 101 and more beg to differ.
5) ...
