I get it, but I question whether or not you get it...
"Who is going to play the VOG, Crota, POE, or Trials now since the weapons found in this end game content will immediately be under powered when TKK comes out."
First off, take Trials off that list, since there is a good chance, especially given what Bungie has said that Trials will receive new or updated gear like Iron Banner saw.
From there, people are overlooking all the OTHER r...
Seriously, why does the Destiny community want to make EVERYTHING they dislike an issue? This is how vertical progression works and it's not like making stuff useless as the game progresses is that much of a problem. But anyway, I don't want to argue this, so I'll just argue the points.
Etheric light?
The issue with requiring more etheric light is that it will create more of a hardcore divide unless they cheapen the difficulty of getting it. Righ...
Having looked at the site, it doesn't seem they guarantee flawless. It's more so implied through a message that is far more realistic.
"A friendly reliable service you can count on to reach flawless status to get great gear, weapons, packages or to impress your friends at an extremely competitive price (Cheapest online infact) "
However, I do find it interesting that they say "A fast service you are guaranteed to be satisfied with.&qu...
"most will choose Knack but others that really want the very good indie."
A while back I had a group project in my classes where we had to go to a real company, ask them for a problem they wanted to solve and then come up with a solution. My group ended up going with a bakery that specialized in wedding cakes and they wanted to make more wedding cake sales.
One of the first things we did was come up with a survey. Among the seven questions we asked...
Honestly, I'm sort of depressed people are asking this question in the first place.
Will someone complain? Yes.
Will people walk away unhappy? Yes.
Is it possible to make a perfect system? Theoretically yes, but no perfect system will ever be feasible.
Is this an improvement? Without a doubt.
Should we be happy that our odds of getting games we enjoy more has increased? I don't see why not.
I swear. Some people are so...
@ Muzikguy
"People will still complain."
You have millions of people/different perspectives and there will always be at least one complainer. Like we could get Arkham Knight and someone would complain the DLC isn't included, but we aren't talking about a group that makes up <1% of the community. We're talking about how a lot of peoples first reaction is that some people won't like this and those people are wrong.
"Then what's the point?"
Ultimately perception is reality, so even if you don't like any of the choices, there is always the chance one might stand out or you might have a chance at getting the lesser of two evils.
Heres how I see it anyway. Odds are we're not going to get retail games listed or multiple super awesome titles, but we might get three upcoming games. Say Rocket League, N++ and The Swindle. Even if you dislike all three, yo...
"The author's always fail to make that clear in the title."
Don't you think it would be redundant if PlayStation Europe said "These are the European PlayStation Plus games for July" instead of just "These are the PlayStation Plus games for July?" Same goes for a lot of sites and N4G generally likes to keep the titles are they're, so thats why it happens. Especially since we're suppose to link to the source and the source will almo...
"Sony could start giving away at least one low-scoring or bad-selling AAA game per month"
I'll never understand when retail became AAA or why people insist on making a big deal about how we're not getting XYZ amount of them. A bad AAA game is still a bad game and a good digital title is still a good game. Not like getting a bad game that use to cost more (such as Mindjack, Neverdead, etc) is somehow better than Bastion, Journey or Guacamelee.
"Strange thing is this is lauded as a big thing by many here on n4g yet that same many claim streetfighter V is not. . . .weird"
While I'll probably get a bunch of disagrees, there is arguably one huge reason why you see this. When push comes to shove, a lot of people, especially on N4G, are not into the fighting game scene. The same can't be said of Tomb Raider, so there are more people outraged/interested, resulting in it being a bigger deal.
"This should have been an opinion piece. C'mon now. THese aren't facts. "
Pretty much this. Like negative reviews are bad for business, but that has never stopped anyone from giving one. Case in point, Destiny. You could argue that the popularity/hype/money resulted in higher scores, but even then the average is 75.5 on MC, which is well below what you would have expected. But the same goes for the rest too.
The wanting to be nice point? You...
The funny thing is that Onechanbara can be played as a simple game like Dynasty Warriors, but it also has depth. You get perks/bonuses for performing combos with correct timing, you can perfect dodge into counter attacks, you can effectively switch between teammates by using a well-timed character change and a number of other mechanics.
Again, you don't need to learn, master or even know this to beat the game on normal (you have to play through normal to get hard), but u...
It does!

Uploaded it just for you.
Almost? People reported getting codes like 34773443, so it really isn't any wonder people "cracked" the code. Though, like I mentioned in my other post, I really don't get the use of hacked in this situation.
Since when did noticing a simple and easy to figure out pattern constitute hacking?
Literally all you would need to do is buy two cans, look at the code and you would no doubt see something like 824FD428 and 284DF884 would make you wonder "Gee, I wonder if I made up a random code that has 8, 2 and 4 between D and F after the third digit would count as a new code?" to figure out the sequence.
There is no hacking involved, just poor forethought.
@ BibtyDeath
"You can't compare what PS3 got last July with what PS4 gets this July. "
Again, who's making THAT comparison? Why can't I compare PS3 to PS3?
Take your pick MouseCraft, Entwined, Rain versus Dead Space 3, Vessel.
Or Vita against Vita?
MouseCraft, Entwined, Geometry Wars versus Muramasa Rebirth, Doki Doki Universe.
"History shows that PS4 will get AAA...
@ BitbyDeath
See, I don't get why people like you defend Sony so loyally. I mean, even if the argument is AAA games, then that doesn't make up for the selection being lower ACROSS the board. I mean, I don't even care and will gladly play a good indie game (please give me El-Mulana EX Sony), but I just find it amazing how people will make arguments like this.
"have any experience with the series? "
I've played 1, MK2, V, Action Unleashed, Noire, Re;Birth 1, Re;Birth 2, and Re;Birth 3 and can tell you it's a mixed experience.
The story is usually more about character interactions instead of whatever the plot is suppose to be. The combat system is also fun, but it's also very shallow. Every Neptunia game has a linear progression, so you use gear, better stuff is added to the store, you buy it ...
Indeed. I expected to at least see a way to flip it, but there isn't. Plus a $50 MS store credit really isn't that useful unless you want to buy another game at MSRP.
@ Rainslacker
But thats not how it works.
"It's kind of like people that say you can get a next gen console for essentially $200...all they have to do is trade in their old gen console. You're still out of some money or some other asset. "

I believe your etheric light is not difficult to acquire comment is directed at me, but I think you misunderstood what I meant. What I meant was EL is difficult to obtain like motes of light or strange coins were harder to come by in the past. It was also largely directed at the authors suggestions. Most notably this one.
"This would go up further as more DLC comes out, so when Vex Void arrives (or whatever it ends up being called) TTK stuff would then be one Etheric Li...
