The last thing the Vita needs is more redundant ports. We should be pushing for new games, not yet another rehash of a PS2 game, made PS3 game, made Vita game...

It's all about degrees and lengths.

Like I doodle in class, buy fancy pencils / art supplies and even a few notebooks / applications for my tablet or laptop for art, though I still don't consider myself an artist.

Thats cool you want to run a successful business and all, but that sort of thing would not only be a HUGE PR blow, but is also illegal. If taken to court, Nintendo would need to prove you yourself was the one pirating and all these other things that are just impossible to achieve. Like if a firmware update (cause there was a confirmation that NIntendo can brick it via firmware a while back I believe) is set to trigger a brick if you have some line of code on your ...

Honestly, they're quite different in both concept and how they're achieved, so people don't mind as much.

The PSP could be hacked by loading certain files, exploiting a special mode via battery (which could be used to endlessly hack more systems for free) and various other things that could be done for free or little to no cost to the consumer.

The DS and from what I can tell here, the 3DS is not quite as simple. Since you need to obtain a flash c...

Not like demos always give you a clear idea of the product though. Look at Aliens.

"Glad there is some meaty titles finally"

I don't know about anyone else, but I absolutely despise comments like this. The fact is, the Vita already has some "meaty" titles, which include the following:

- Soul Sacrifice
- Lord of Apocalypse
- Street Fighter X Tekken / Blazblue / Dead or Alive 5 +
- Ninja Gaiden Sigma / Sigma 2 +
- Persona 4 the Golden
- Ragnarok
- WipEout
- Little...

While I appreciate the effort, that was not my point in the least. My point was just that Toukiden was the only game releasing in this time period, but that release is limited to Japan. The localized versions are set for times long past summer.

I thought it was because when you pronounce U in the Japanese language, it sounds vaguely similar to two.

Why would you list 5 games to play this summer when only one of them releases this summer and even then Toukiden is limited to Japan.

I wouldn't put too much stock in this, since Amazon only stocks what they're 100% sure they have. This could (albeit unlikely) be restocked today, tomorrow or next month.

It won't be. E3 is attended by people related to gaming in some way and is typically watched exclusively by those that care about gaming. It would be a waste of MILLIONS to not talk about gaming at a gaming event that pretty much caters exclusively to gamers.

Typically an hour, but you can do a lot in that time if you don't detail the crap out of stupid stuff.

Just announcer crap like ARC does in their fighting games.

It's just really generic and uninspired.

Why does your launch PS3 matter? The game was rereleased in HD and was free with Plus in Europe.

This all comes down to branding and how you see the console. The "one" most likely refers to it being an all in one media solution, so I've always read the one as something of a tag line. Not like it really matters, I am sure somewhere in the serial numbers / back or under the system will have the mention of "Xbox One" making this point moot.

Sony said that patent was for something else and have since claimed to support used sales, so seems unlikely.

Not that it matters, but a lot of that stuff won't hold up in court. Since we never see the documentation till after purchase and even then you still have to open it thus removing your right to return it at most retail locations, a lot of courts would instantly throw the case out.

Now that we're moving to digital manuals (which require you to actually load up that extra disc and read it), they wouldn't have a chance in **** of winning.

@ Gildarts

"Business wise, blocking used games is more beneficial. "

According to whom? While companies make more money in the short run, it's impossible to say if it will pay off in the long term, which is what you're failing to take into account.

Here are some examples...

1) The lack of resale will put more risk on me (since I can't sell it if I don't like it, so that $60 dollar hit will be $60 per...

M$ could have announced this first and the only difference between that reality and this reality is people would be worried the PS4 and Wii U would feature similar policies.
