This or they should have their own tag / [Satire] in the title like reviews have site names.
Half of the people on this site don't read the actual post, they just read the statement that games aren't art and go from there. On a high note, at least that means those idiots aren't getting clicks.
While I agree, it's more complex than simply adding a character. Like you might want Cloud and they might want Cloud, but Square is only offering Lightning, so it comes down to her or nothing (Similar to what happened with new Dante). The same happens with FP titles, since they still need permission to use said character in the first place. This is pretty much why that "didn't" happen (though I am also assuming they TRIED in the first place. I suppose it's possible they ...
Most fighters have better balance than Kratos being EXTREMELY noob friendly and other characters (like Sackboy) being nothing more than support / side spammers. Sure they're doable if you learn how, but most fighting games have enough balance where tiers are pretty obvious.
Anyway, I stand by the problem with this game is very similar to the problem with Bid for Greatness (beyond simply being flawed). That is Sony's liberal use all-star.

"The PS3 can't cross chat with itself between games"
What does that even mean? I can send a message to someone from my game if they're on another game and I can continue to talk to people via chat rooms, but I can't talk to other people. Either or, I can still send some sort of message if I want, so I fail to grasp your point.
"Why would you think it will be able to between systems?"
PS3 can send messages to t...
"Why is this surprising if they don't allow it? "
I agree. If I was someone of note working for M$, then I totally would have busted down the door to that meeting and said "People, we need to alienate that useless scum that didn't upgrade from the elite users that paid for our new system!" / s
Seriously though, it's conceptually similar to achievements crossing generations. Upgrade or not, you're using the same network, wh...
Of course it is. I pretty much assumed they would be able to do that much, since everything goes through what I can only assume is the same network. If someone from M$ isn't 100% certain the feature will work, then it's certainly something to question / think about.
"For you to get a Great gun you either have to keep beating one raid boss for 20 times"
The Warrior always or 75%+ of the time drops a legendary on the story kill. Pretty much every other "amazing" item was assigned to random bosses (like The Bee that Hunter Hellquist dropped). The only "amazing" things raid bosses had were the Legendary Class Mod (though this was obtainable by other things and is a common pete drop I believe) and Norfleet. Also ...
I can't think of an example of a second season pass, but if they make a new season, I don't see why they can't make a new pass.

Capcom releases update packs for $15 dollars and people call them greedy. Gearbox sells a level cap increase, characters at $10 dollars a pop and mostly outsourced expansions and people call that awesome support.
The only thing you don't have to buy is... their BS.
Seriously though, I love how level 51 went from being game breaking because of their precious balance, to us being able to hit level 70+.
A) That is not every Monster Hunter game. ( http://www.play-asia.com/ai... )
B) My point stands. Capcom doesn't flood the PSP or Wii or any single platform with releases. They just update them and releasing them on different platforms. Like the PSP hasn't seen a REAL MH game in 2+ years.
C) This is different than Kingdom Hearts, since people don't care as much a...

"The problem is the 3DS only started selling when the price was dropped by a lot of money showing the trend that people will only get a handheld if it is cheap to do so "
First off, the 3DS started selling because games were finally coming out. Before the price drop there was nothing (far less than the Vita has now), but after we had games. Additionally, the price tag of the 3DS was so high that it just made no sense. If you compare th...
"Souls' games difficulty are vastly overrated. "
No, it was just an poorly worded explanation of the game. A lot of people at the start wrote it off because it was very challenging (easy to die, lots to learn, etc) and gave up / flamed the game (similar to the low review scores of Spelunker HD). Once people started hearing this, they naturally got curious and it quickly became a "feat" to beat the "infamous" Demon Souls. After people finally ...
Yes, but that would COMPLETELY ruin the thing people love with the Souls games... The game is designed to be punishing, but also quite fair, so if you know what you're doing, then it's a lot harder to die. This is not true of Ninja Gaiden, since there were people that got completely owned by the game on normal, which lead to the easy mode being added.
Anyway, most of the difficulty in DS came from not knowing what to expect. Rush into a room? Dead. Go up a staircase?...
Yes, but no.
Nothing in Demon / Dark Souls is difficult per se, it's just a game where you're put in a lot of situations where you can fairly easily. Once you learn the what to do and what not to do, the game isn't really that hard. In Ninja Gaiden's case you actually have to learn and adapt to ever changing situations. There also wasn't an auto save, so dying could result in you losing a bit / a lot of progress.
Not saying it's real...
Not like Ninja Gaiden on easy was a super easy game. You still had to dodge, play smart and plan ahead, except you were allowed a mistake or two.
Maybe on easy, but play it on Ninja Master and you'll be fighting enemies you see in the last chapter of Ninja Gaiden at the start. Bunch of explosive kunai and arrows coming at you.
"Capcom release a lot of MonHun version in a short time."
Yes, but they're all fairly spread out across several different platforms. Like it was 2 years between Wii / Wii U versions, almost 3 years between MH 2G and 3 on the PSP and so forth. Not saying gamers won't get sick of them regardless, but at least they TRIED to spread this games out on each platform.
Going off what we've seen with R&C FFA and Jak & Daxter collection... it might be better if we never see either game on the Vita.

A lot don't read the description posted on the site and just read the article. I doubt the article says satire, though the satire articles are stupid to begin with. Not everyone is looking to read an article, analyze what is mentioned, look into sources, verify it's completely false and largely a waste of time. There was a time (not to long ago) when NO SATIRE articles were on N4G too, so it's not like we've had countless articles to deal with eit...
