I have known the dates for those games for a long time. All you have to do is go to Gamestops website and look for games Coming Soon and you can see release dates for all of the games that were on that same exact list.
I think that Bioshock's sales on the PS3 will be affected severely because Resistance 2 is coming out the next day after Bioshock and I'm buying Resistance 2 first, hands down.... plus, I don't think that I would ever buy 2 FPS games back to back unless they were...
Very Nice! Hayter is obviously one of the best people for the job because he's been involved with every Metal Gear Solid game, so it only makes sense that he should be the screen play writer. And it's good to see that Kojima will be the story writer. I honestly think that Kojima should have been in the Motion Picture Industry a LONG time ago, but as long as he keeps delivering cinematic PS3 exclusives, I'll be happy.
PS3 gamers have good games to play for the rest of this year as well: Resistance 2, LittleBigPlanet, Socom Confrontation, Motorstorm Pacific Rift, Siren... all of those are solid game titles.

This is the kind of stuff that really pisses me off. There are games like Killzone 2 coming out for the PS3 that are potentially the best looking games graphically so far, and then you've got yet another multiplatform game like FarCry 2 that drops the ball with the PS3 version of a game.

I'm thinking that it's just going to be a 40GB PS3 with the Dualshock 3 because Sony REALLY needs to start selling the 40GB PS3's with the Dualshock 3.

I get so sick and tired everytime I hear someone call MGS4 more of a movie than a game. In my opinion, MGS4 had about just as many cutscenes as Metal Gear Solid 3, and MGS3 had pretty lengthy cutscenes as well, but some of them weren't as lengthy as MGS4's. Either way, I feel that MGS4 has the same amount of gameplay as MGS3 because it took me almost the same amount of time to beat MGS4 the first time that it took me to beat MGS3 for the first time.

Those Scans were clearly streched to be enlarged because the actual pictures themselves in the EGM magazine are smaller because I have the magazine.
That picture with the Tank and rocket launcher is just about 4" x 5" in the magazine, but it was enlarged significantly.
Any image that is blown up to be enlarged obviously will have jagged edges. It's not like these screenshots were released from Guerrilla games in HD, they are just magazine scans.
Well, from what I've noticed with each generation of gaming the price of games has increased. I know that back in the 6th gen. (PS2 era), games came out at $49.99 as the maximum price, and I think that during the 5th gen. (PS1 era) games were $39.99 max for a brand new game. I see the steady increase of the price of games as just natural inflation in the gaming industry. With each generation of gaming, the costs of producing games have gone up, so I guess it makes sense that the cost of games...
All of those games were pretty much on my list as well, but I'm really not to sure of what to think of Mirror's Edge just yet. I also feel that a LOT of people are overlooking DeadSpace. I'm looking forward to DeadSpace right now because it looks like a pretty cool survival horror game to me.

The guys second 360 got the RROD the same day that GTA4 came out according to the article, damn, that's got to suck. I've had my PS3 since Dec. 2006 with no issues, now that's quality hardware.
The 360 is already cheaper than the PS3 now, so why isn't the 360 outselling the PS3 right now? If the 360 isn't outselling the PS3 now, I don't think it ever will, I mean, the cheapest 360 is just $30 more expensive than a Wii. This is all I have to say, anyone that gives MGS4 under a 9.0/10 is a Xbox 360 fanboy or just isn't a fan of the Metal Gear Solid series. I mean, even Gamespot gave MGS4 a 10/10 and that says a LOT because everyone knows how hard they can be on games, especially PS3 games. Like it was stated in the article, It's obvious that as it is MGS4 is not possible on the Xbox 360, even Kojima said that some of the things in MGS4 was only possible on the PS3 in a video interview with Gamespot about a month or so ago.

Damn, if I didn't know that was a Wii game, I would have sworn it was a PS1 game or something. The Wii has WAY too much shovelware in it's game library. 3rd party developers shouldn't even be releasing games of this low quality in this time of gaming.
I've had my eye on Dark Void from Capcom since I first saw it mainly because of that whole jetpack theme in the game because it's something new that hasn't been done so far in this 7th generation of gaming. There's nothing much from Capcom that even interests me right now other than Dark Void. I'm not a Survial Horror fan, so Resident Evil 5 isn't much of an anticipated game title for me, but I been a little interested in it just because it's got so much hype.
