Just because QTE gameplay doesn't seem all that fun to you doesn't make Heavy Rain not interesting. Open your eyes and learn to appreciate different types of games. Heavy Rain was meant to be different and not everyone can appreciate it, but I sure can.

Well, the developers know that the PS2 version would sell tons more, but I do agree that if they are going to make a PS2 version, they should make a 360 and PS3 version too. Still, I'm happy to see that developers are still supporting the PS2 because there's still tons of money to be made on the PS2 until it's discontinued.
Isn't Bioshock for the PS3 coming out in November? On Gamestop's website Bioshock is listed for November and I think it's already been confirmed for November too.
Anyways, I'm definantly picking up LittleBigPlanet, FarCry 2, and Dead Space in October. My wallet is definantly going to take a hit if I decide to get the Fallout 3 Survival Edition from Amazon for $129.99... but if I don't get the Survival Edition I'm definantly getting the Collectors Edition for Fallout 3.

Seriously, can you blame Sony fans for jumping all over Too Human? Lair and HAZE got bashed to death by the Gaming media and the Xbox fans and I guess Sony fans bashing Too Human because of the low review scores is mostly just a little pay back.
The majority of the American gaming media is pro-Xbox 360 and sites like G4 will defend a 360 game but more than likely no gaming website would stand up for a PS3 game if it flopped.

A game like this will definantly attract some casual gamers... I think Nintendo might be a little envious of a game like this because if you saw a commercial for this you would instantly think Nintendo, but it's from Sony!
Instead of bundling Uncharted with the 160GB PS3 in November, I think that Sony should have bundled Resistance 2 with it. Resistance 2 is coming out in November and would seem like a very good choice because Resistance 2 is the next biggest PS3 exclusive this year and it would be WAY newer.

Sony is definantly going after the Casual Audience with EyePet. You would think that something like EyePet would be on the Wii before PS3, but Sony is definantly going to attract some casual gamers with it.
There's just too many shows that don't relate to gaming on the network. G4TV should be nothing but everything regarding to gaming. Until Microsoft start showing off some 2009 games or at LEAST mentioning or talking about some upcoming 2009 games, the PS3's lineup has the edge. There's still about 4 more months left in the year and the PS3's 2009 lineup is already looking rock solid.
Are they serious! The Xbox 360 sales fell flat that fast? So much for the Tales of Vesepria in Japan.
But personally I expected that the 360 would have outsold for the PS3 for a week or two in Japan but that's it because I didn't see Tales of Veseperia being a really huge hardware mover for the 360.

I'm still definantly looking forward to Heavy Rain even if there isn't going to be cars or guns. I played the Indigo Prophecy (Farhienhiet) demo for the PS2 a long time ago and I really liked it and I'm going to get the game. If I know that I liked the Indigo Prophecy demo, I know I'll like Heavy Rain, and I like the fact that Heavy Rain is just different.

I was hoping God of War 3 would hit by Summer 09 at least, but Christmas 09?! It's still pretty far off though.
But after seeing that trailer of God of War 3, one thing that I like about the God of War series is that each game starts off EXACTLY where the last game ended and that makes everything so seamless. I'm thinking that the God of War 3 trailer that was shown will probably be one of the first cutscenes in the game.

Sorry, but there's no comparing Gears 2 and a PS3 exclusive like Uncharted or MGS4 when it comes to production values.
It's a shame that a game like Gears 2 has to be held back by DVD9 just like RAGE... enjoy RAGE on the 360, I'll be playing the higher quality version of RAGE on Blu-ray.
The stores are sold out because they don't keep much in stock in the first place. Heck, one store probably had no more than 200 360's in stock at once.

I don't think anyone would be jealous of Too Human after seeing the review scores it's gotten, and don't hate on Disagea 3 because it got a better review score.
And there was never any PS3 RPG's ever announced for a 2008 release, so there hasn't been any delay on any PS3 RPG, it's just the majority of the PS3's RPG's are coming in 2009.
Of course a game like this is risky, but Sony is willing to take the risk on new and innovative games. Sometimes to make new, fresh and groundbreaking games, you have to take risks.
