I think SONY learned about high price launches. Plus when the next, next gen starts the tech will be so much cheaper. It will be interesting to see what route will they take. Will it be the conservative motion control route or a more hardcore approach? That is why I kind of hope motion control doesn't take over.
has the best deal. At least the biggest selection. Hundreds of titles compared to just a few. Also Microsoft spokesperson all three games you mentioned haven't scored very good. They will probably all be on sale for $20 to $30 off this holiday season.
Playstation store and watch it on a large screen. You will not miss a thing.
Some of you are to quick to believe anything. And by that I mean comments by Naughty Dog. Do you think Naughty Dog would come out and say, "Yes this is our next game. Now since the cats out of the bag let's give you all the details." I am still going to say there is some truth to this.
there would be legalities for using a game title and then creating fake concept art and title. So I am beginning to think this is legitimate. Naughty Dog started teasing the public two years ago with Uncharted 2. Then they gave us the first trailer during the VGA's. I think Uncharted 3 is taking the same path and we will be seeing this game out next year.
the Ico collection. That should be on the list just due to the fact many haven't played it. Gamers should start saving now...
until Amazon and Gamestop make an official release date. It would be great if it does but for now I am not holding out any hope. I have been waiting for the day to open my Collectors Edition.
We would only get half the game because Microsoft does not care about quality. They just want the product out no matter if it's half finished or not. That is why Forza comes out every couple of years.
The Wii wasn't the hottest at launch. It was the PS3. But of course a great price and customer reaction took off like fire. The move should have the same effect. It's a lot of fun and anyone can get into it. Although SONY needs to do a better job with supply during the holidays. They have had a year to prep for this. If they short the market during the busiest time they are going to hurt themselves.
They should use Apple as an example of how good catchy music can help sell a product as compared to generic music. Focus groups don't guarantee success. Good marketing on the other hand does.
but Microsoft needs a better ad campaign. They always try the catchy music approach but it never works. I can see people coming home from work looking forward to playing imagination gaming. I just don't see it doing well. If I'm wrong then so be it. But at least with the Move advertisements you can actually get a feel for the games.
You have got to be kidding me. Even a company that is to advertise during the superbowl spends a few million. I can't imagine that much to marketing. I would like to see some proof behind that because I have yet to see a Kinect advertisement.
to see a special GT edition PS3. Microsoft has done it with Halo and COD and I think it would be smart of SONY to do it for GT5 here in North America. I know how many collectors there are when it comes to Gran Turismo stuff and I am sure that console would sell out.
spell excited and not exited he would sound more legitimate. I would rather have 20 unique choices than no choices at all.
comments with the PS3 a few months after launch. Even well know industry people anticipating a quick demise to the PS3... We all know some in the media want SONY to fail and Microsoft to win. It's not going to happen and the Move is catching momentum and will continue to do so and more buy it and see how accurate it is.
I think the delay may actually be a boost to Gran Turismo since it seems to have attracted a lot more publicity that the game had been getting recently.
but a sure buy for me turned into a no go. The demo was so clunky that I couldn't see myself spending that much for a game.
are similar to the Burnout trophies. I really think this is going to be a great game when it releases. Bringing the Need for Speed series back to life.
a 4 week delay. I actually don't think the delay is going to hurt the game. If anything this delay has woken up people to the game. This is the most I have seen people talking about GT5 since it was announced. I can't wait for the game. I have a steering wheel collecting dust for this game.
even on this website? This is a blatant advertisement. It's obvious who Microsoft is trying to cater to now. I do hope that all these core gamers who have 360's love this because Microsoft is really leaving you behind.
