what I was thinking. This game is getting much more publicity than if it already released. And as they say in the media all publicity is good... no matter how bad.
now we have people making videos like this and putting them on youtube. I really believe the more involved games become that involve sports the more likely someone is going to get hurt. I am surprised that we haven't seen Move videos like this. Sports champions has times when you lunge forward playing volleyball. Someone with poor coordination may lunge right down on their face.

These trophies are just the tip of the iceberg. I will be playing this game for hours on end. You can even buy the used cars with mileage on them... Wow... That is all I can say.
really nice. I enjoy having it but it really doesn't occupy my time. It has a lot of potential and when they get some core games out for it I can see it taking off. Does it really matter how well the Kinect sells. SONY just wants to make a profit and grow their fanbase. For most of the people that are casual they didn't own a 360 in the first place. It's not just like buying an add on. Most of those people will have to buy the bundle.

or so... These conversations will be pointless. Those who wanted GT5 will be playing it and those who choose to hate it because it's on the PS3 will still be hating.
will do well over 10 million in it's lifetime. This game attracts many people who don't even play games.
driving your dream cars. It's about racing your own car. That is what gives this game so much appeal. Unlike other racing games where you just race with cars you will probably never own GT let's you race with cars you can go buy. Also the career formula gives this game so much wide appeal.

that comparison is really pointless because this person could be wealthy. It has nothing to do with love life. Now if this persons has hundreds of game collection that may be another story. I can actually imagine quite a few people having large Gran Turismo collections because of the community involved with this game.
many original PSone titles in great condition. I guess in a way they are part of my collection. Nothing elaborate like this persons.... Probably because I'm to poor.
All those things you have mentioned gain value. I have baseball cards that were originally just a few dollars that are worth several hundred now. The same obviously goes with people who collect art.
if having a collection like this has gained value over the years. Many collectors collect things because it is an investment that they could make money off of in the long run. This looks like someone who is just obsessed with Gran Turismo. I'm just happy I still have my original edition Gran Turismo in great condition.
SONY has to work with all the distributors and then down to the stores to set up the best date. Something on that level is huge. The had November 2nd and a few stores still had the game in their advertisements. Stores obviously need at least a few weeks lead time. Then you have advertisements in magazines and on t.v. It's coming soon. I know that much. It's just getting the best date.
It's an old quote. There is no guaranty of a holiday release. It's a possibility but until I see SONY post an official date I an unconvinced. Hopefully soon. Christmas is in 7 weeks.
