@Godmars290 that's the problem, with games being so big from the get go, how long will it be before most gamers find they need more space on there new console. I don't see either company allowing you to store 50GB for a single game on the cloud, imagine the strain on your internet connection, not to mention on there servers.

@Strickers Yeah for the same game, but you can't talk outside of that game without using the chat facility which stops you using any game. A massive draw back, not sure why I got disagrees for stating an obvious flaw in the current PS3 system.

Sorry, have to heavily disagree. Love PS3 and PS+ but party chat is the major deal breaker for me and my mates compared to Live. It's the one thing that make us prefer live when it comes to multiplayer games.
PS4 and Vita now have that so problem sorted.

I mentioned it as the PS4 section had about 20+ consoles on show and playable, Xbox One had pretty much one, possibly two consoles behind an American car with some TV's hanging out the back. Not very impressive in my mind.

Yea, that is the advantage of taking the plunge early on. You get to see development and progress as close as any gamers going to get, beside becoming a developer themself.
More so is the ability for fans to shape the game. Maybe some of those cancelled maps are really popular with the actual gamers and so they make them official by putting in the extra time.
I agree that too many companies are releasing unfinished games but I have to also say, I love the early access system.

That is true but when you want to play it again, you'll have to download it all over again or install it from disk again. This, depending on your internet connection could get really annoying.
Most gamers want instant access to there game collection without a delay.
