See the difference is not about breaking promises. If a dev thinks something is not doable or should be changed due to fan feedback, why should that be shunned because of BREAKING A PROMISE.
This is the problem we have with politics. Nobody wants to admit when their wrong and so choose to carry on supporting stupid things that originated from ignorance.
As long as it has base building, I'm happy!
Not only does the red ring occur after a three year period but that first extended warranty was for the first batch of consoles.
See, if you look at console sales, yes the Wii Won. However, does more consoles sold mean people enjoyed the console more? No.
For me, the PS3 won. Great services mixed with top notch exclusives and they outsold the 360. I think I had two games on my wii that I enjoyed, thats it!
The HD collection which I believe is on offer at the mo for like, £8 for all three games has fixed the controls somewhat. Still a little clunky but i've gotten used to it pretty quick.
There's always the HD collection on PS3 & Vita. Loving it at the moment, so many good memories and the game holds up very well to todays standards.
True but generally when it comes to RPG's, Sony are the king of the consoles nowadays. They understand that genre well and makes games accordingly to the system. The Japanese love the system so we often get their great games too.
Republic Commando with co-op! Oh yeah, but not if EA and Dice do to that what they seem to be doing to Battlefront.
As I've played both of the originals on PS2 and PC, I think I can correct you on the abvove. Yes you can change camera angle seemless and yes you can play iconic characters within the game.
They also have tons of gameplay options like Galactic Warfare, Space Battles and Interesting Campaigns. Not to mention that the graphics back then were awesome and still hold up today very well.
I'm one of the few I guess, that will not be buying into this redesign...
Yep but even MS have said it will not be cheap, even by VR standards. I pretty sure price wise it'll go, Morpheus, Oculus slightly higher, almost every other VR headset and then Hololens.
It looked good, just going to be a shit ton of money.
To be fair, that's because Nintendo doesn't compete with MS and Sony. No offence but Nintendo games appeal to a completely different market of gamers and right now, for serious adult gaming, MS and Sony are the boys.
Considering I work on my own site and get loads of news straight from most devs and publishers, and I was surprised at what Sony showed. Don't quite now how everyone knew about almost all of Sony's announcements when they were kept pretty secret. MS on the other hand announced pretty much what everyone knew they were going to. More sequels.
Yeah, big difference between remastered versions of a game and a remake. Also consider that even Halo's first game was first ...
Yeah, I found that annoying too. Specially as this is a console's first ever humble bundle.
Love the game collecting in the background.
Enjoy Splatoon too!
The game has some glaring bugs that make it unplayable in it's original glory. Yeah I think the 2/5 is harsh but he does give his reasons.
Loving X on PS Vita but I do wish there was a physical version of X-2 on vita.
Although they are, I detected the Sarcasm, however this is a REMAKE! Not a new game.
The game is no more complicated than it was on launch.
Yeah and that can't be a good thing.
It not only introduces you to the basics of the game, often showing advanced tactics later on but gives you something to do when the servers go offline.
Most good campaigns can easily add 6-12 hours of decent enjoyable content and replay value is down to the devs.
Just plain ass lazyness!
Well I have a limited amount of bubbles so I'll have to get to everyone in as few comments as possible.
Fermcr: Yes, I did mention that. The difference is, all consoles have standard controllers and don't usually offer a PRO controller to unbalance the systems MP. Third party controllers are always available but don't usually get big console manufacturer support and so only appeal and get advertised to serious gamers with enough cash to burn. This will however app...
