Mortal Kombat X for me so far. The gameplay is crisp and amazing and the online is great. Tons of content and a fun story. Probably my favorite game on Ps4 or Xbox one in general so far.
While these practices are bad for the consumer and I for one can't stand useless DLC, it won't keep me from buying a game. Especially when its one of my all time favorite franchises like MK. The game is fantastic and why let an extra character costume or two stop me from enjoying the whole package. DLC is bad for the consumer but also very good for the developer as it allows them to alleviate costs that would otherwise make realizing there game more difficult. I understand its the pri...
I could see this being a fun game. Too bad it releases the same day as the Phantom Pain.
Any reviewer who lowers the game score because of violent content loses all integrity in my book.
And it seems there taking this one in a bold new direction. I think Halo 5 has the potential to reignite the franchise. (Even though it doesn't need it).
It's ok to have your own opinion and all but to say the Order's shooting mechanics are better then gears is objectively wrong. Gears mechanics are more responsive, the guns have more pop, the cover system is eons better and much more.
MGS is obviously a huge franchise, but I think Konami should be worried about Halo 5 smothering MGSV's release. Halo is one of the few game franchises that is as big and storied as MGS.
Please! One of the greatest series of all time! Gears of War 3 is my all time favorite TPS multiplayer and no campaign can be goofy and over the top like Gears, but still provide an emotional punch. This would be amazing for the Xbox community.
Yeah and people like you would be going "I tried it and it was terrible. Well I didn't actually try it. But it's still terrible. It's an embarrassment to the Battlefield series, which i've never actually played. Would've been better on PS4 because of the extra frame per second." It goes both ways buddy, maybe if you bought an Xbox one and actually tried the games on it you'd like it. It's a great feeling to be excited for both Uncharted 4 and Halo 5.
Yes lets just make generalizations about the game we haven't played. There's room for all type of games, dumb fun cop shooters and thought provoking story driven games are just a few of them. The more diversity in the industry the better.
The day Ubisoft decided to try to inject online connectivity into literally everything, was the day that they went down the wrong path.
Tom Brady is the GOAT though. The game should be named after him
My favorite COD! MW2 had a crazy campaign and awesome spec ops mode to play with friends. But the multiplayer was the real jewel. Great maps, guns, killstreaks, ect. It was fast paced but still managed to incorporate strategy through excellent map design. It was literally everything you loved about COD4 but with more content. One of the greatest multiplayer games of all time.
"Good games". COD MW2 has a metacritic of 94. The same as Bioshock, Halo 3 and 1 point under TLOU....
I still have to search for a new multiplayer match after every game.....
You'd think at some point everyone would decide that it's time to move to a different city,,,
Probably my most trusted review if there is such a thing. GI generally hits it on the nose.
Ryse's core gameplay and story were fun too it just got repetitive and needed variation. Its too bad there won't be a sequel.
Remember Titanfall? People were perfectly fine with damning a new ip from a new developer then cause it was on Xbox.
Haven't watched this yet but I'd bet a full years salary he took points off for the DLC.
