Yeah I thought it was pretty decent too, watched part of 1. May check out both eps in their entirety soon.
It's weird though, since they called it "Map Pack 1"
Which is why there's all the speculation.
Right on! I've gotten games for $10-20 cheaper for complaining of faulty advertising.
FolksSoul.
Edit: Nevermind, you were referring to the North America list only I'm guessing.
Yeah, all it did really was acknowledge that the rumor was mentioned again.
I have no idea where they get some stuff from -- like the PS2 motion control add-on. Who made that one up?
@fender: sorry but it is 90% of the time referred to as KILLZONE 2, not 3, and that is madly irrelevant. I'm just saying I'd rather hear about KZ2 (or more correctly "Killzone PS3") and not Liberation.
And why is this not tagged in PSP? It's a lot less relevant to PS3 than PSP.
Cool if true, but rumours are to be taken lightly.
From article: "What Genre cold [sic] this possibly be?"
Oh I dunno, I'm going to totally randomly guess FPS. (sarcasm) Of course that is good though, FPSes are welcomed.
God that looks like PS3 headgear.
...and it's also pretty useless. (see charlie's comment)
I believe this is correct too.
@legion: XIII system is bit better i'd say, more action-styled and real time and whatnot. I think Versus is supposed to have the most action based engine though out of the 2. probably because the KH team is making it.
Personally I was never a fan until 12. The total revamp of the way the game played was great, I hated the attack menu/turn based feel. I think 13 and Versus should bring some nice action packed RPGing to the table.
btw- I didn't disagree with you, I also am not a big fan of the turn based stuff
got it. but keep in mind, i'd've probably avoided an argument at all if it mattered that much.
anyway i'm just happy they didn't botch this game into the 8's, I was actually expecting that at first. Now I feel a little better about my preorder (would've got it even if it got a crap review, can't refund preorders at EB).
Eh, the interview focuses too much on Liberation, I'd rather hear some more about KZ2. But of course that has to wait till E3 right?
@toughname: agree. very useless to start up something like that kevin.
Heh, actually since you mentioned it, Super White does make some whites look insanely bright. But I think it makes a game's lighting look better, as long as you don't get an object dead on (sometimes it's bright enough to hurt the eyes).
If you haven't done so already, grab the FolksSoul demo from the Japanese PSN. Be warned though, it's not in English, so don't expect to be able to follow the storyline (unless you can read kanji/katakana/hiragana).
Pretty fun. Didn't like it at first, but once you get your soul-stealing powers and such it gets good.
To those who played it, did anyone else have some frame rate issues? Seemed slightly judder-ish at times. Pretty detailed game though.
Yeah. For this game I'd go with 720p/RGB Full/Super White. And if your TV has a game mode, use it. Or just up the brightness/contrast.
Kinda lost you near the second half but agree that 1) 60 fps is smoother and 2) the games will probably not be too far off in terms of how they look.
Absolutely ridiculous that someone disagreed. I wonder if they even GLANCED at the article.
" ... Bungie.net’s professor of webology, and spotted what looked at first, like an ASCII error on Roger’s screen. Because after all, who has a drive mounted on their desktop that says, 70.9 TERAbytes?"
That title is so lame though?
