PlayStation Premiere is to have an MGS4 demo, which Kojima is to play.
Also, the trailer said "Simultaneous Worldwide Release," so the EU release should be the same for Japan and North America.
FF is to be at TGS...I hope they have something new, they only have one trailer for it. Yeah the new PSP was alright, not definitely buying one or anything, but I may check one out.
I don't really know what the deal is, but as long as there is a PS3 for 499 around Xmas time (whether it's the 60GB or the 80GB dropped by then), I'll be happy since my buddy is picking one up around that time. I think cdzie1 (comment 11) has it about right though.
Mmm, this is the trouble of bundling with an M game. I don't think parents will have a difficult time buying the system though, unless they go out of their way to bring up that they're illegally purchasing it so their 10 year old can play it. Generally, store keepers won't care enough to ask.
Yeah I can definitely see this being a bigger party game than GH.
Wolfenstein Tides of War was one of my favourite Live games back at that time. Hope this next one is killer too.

I'm sure if that got out the sales would definitely see a spike. But yeah, chances are if only the guitar part interests someone, they'll probably go with GHIII (price).
How do you guys think this will fair up to Guitar Hero? It has more instruments, but Guitar Hero has a big name/following.
Yeah, right now I'm counting on good multiplayer. This would be the final seal for me, if multiplayer is bland, that'd be a big disappointment. Hopefully it matches R:FOM in players per match.

There was no CGI in that video. And no one lied. If anyone realistically expected it to match the trailer exactly, they'd have to be stupid. They did a great job, and only a blind ignoramus would pass it off as a bad job.

Dude, 1000% agreement -- WTF they cut away when showing the Halo trailer, which was for me one of the biggest highlights. And they didn't even show a replay of it after that long-a$s commercial break.
I was a little disappointed too...but yeah COD4, Assassin's Creed (WOW I want this game) and RE5 was great, but no truly exciting new announcements...
Don't like the green colour at all, bronzing looks alright... I certainly would not get this even as a Halo fan.
If you think about it, all you get with the new SKU is Motorstorm, which you can buy, and 20GB more space, which you can upgrade for likely cheaper. So it's not like current 60GB owners are at a loss of features. (Referring to your comparison to the Elite.)
