MGS3:Snake Eater and MGS3:Subsistence were always PS2 exclusives. MGS2:Sons of Liberty appeared on the Xbox as Substance, which also appeared on the PS2 and PC. MGS1 was remade with better graphics as the Twin Snakes for GameCube.
The Xbox and PC versions of Substance never did too well though.

The FragFX isn't detected as a mouse controller, it's treated like a regular one. It also isn't exactly as accurate as a mouse because of the analog sticks variable speed that it imitates. However I'd imagine it is very good for a game like this.
Yeah I agree, I think the problem must be pretty big and likely on the both versions of the game to cause such a massive delay. It could be one of the versions individually, anything's possible, but I wouldn't expect Rockstar to give the exact reasons for the delay.
Ninja Gaiden is fairly straightforward, I think a guide would be useful for anyone who does not know the Scarab/Life of the Gods locations though. Although seeing as the guide isn't near complete it's not that useful.
Luckily I have the Scarab/item locations engraved in my mind from playing too much NG1/Black.

I would doubt that it's going to the 360 after E3 and Kojima/Sony's follow up comments on the situation. Especially Dille saying that there was an agreement on exclusivity. Kim is just wishful thinking.
Even in Japanese I had fun playing the demo, of course you cannot review the story without playing the English version of the game, but the gameplay is certainly enjoyable nevertheless.
Will be watching out for this when it is released.
Judging from the demo, I was a little bored at first, but in the end I enjoyed it. I don't think I'll purchase it, but I will perhaps give it a rent. I'd give the demo a 7.5/10. I'd certainly recommend it to JRPG buffs.
He was not implying it had to do with GTA. He is referring to the success the GTA series had on the PS2 when it was exclusive, and is commenting on how a new series on the PS3 may have a similar impact.

I definitely agree with bladestar on the "leave Metal Gear as it is" part. It's a great game that appeals to many hardcore gamers, and whether it appeals to the casual gamers or not will not change whether it is received well or not.

There is nothing "supposedly" on his blog. Follow the link from my post, it's there, along with an array of posts which address the PS3 negatively. I cannot take an opinion that biased seriously; after reading the article, I knew something seemed fishy, so I simply did some digging to find out if my assumptions were true before stating them.

While if someone doesn't like the MGS series it's likely that they wouldn't like MGS4 either, I disagree with what he said about the game not having many new elements. The 3rd person aim, octocam, choosing sides in the battle, even the setting of the game is unlike what the past games have offered.

It amazes me how desperate some 360 owners come off as for wanting this game. Hell, I think BioShock looks brilliant, but I'm really not all too concerned about it appearing on PS3.
Seriously, buy a PS3 if you want MGS4. In its current state I doubt it'd run on a 360 anyway, seeing as it's optimized for the PS3's hardware.
To be clear, this isn't directed at only TheMART, as I'm sure he was just bluffing anyway, as he usually does.
