If that's true then Killzone Mercenary and a large majority of the Vita games won't work with it. There is actually a decent amount of touch based stuff in Mercenary.
they could probably sub a lot of that into button mapping. Still the hacking system is completely reliant on the touch screen function and is also a major function of the single player and multiplayer port...
As much as I would like this, Brazil really deserves it.
They are having to pay multiple thousands of dollars for a PS4 because of their countries taxes. It's nice to see Sony treating them well even though the price issue isn't actually caused by Sony.
What people don't get is you can NOT see the main benefactor in beauty when watching these videos on youtube.
Youtube only outputs 30fps leaving out the extra 30fps that you'r eyes will see on your tv.
It is a night and day difference. Prepare yourself.

1440p for me. Glad the only X1 "exclusive" I want is on the PC. Defiantly going for the PS4 at launch. X1 will come in a year or two time.

Yea, pretty much any HDTV purchased within the last 3-4 years probably has 1080p and defiantly can do 60fps, even cheapos.
HDTVs have been able to produce 60fps since they have been for sale. Hell even a decent amount of old CRT TVs could do 60fps.
I think your getting this launch mixed with the 360/ps3 launch. These systems shouldn't require you to get a new TV, they just fill in everything your current TV can do.

Hmm, my roommate just picked up a Vita. He will be getting Killzone pretty soon. I have another good friend who also has the game. We only need one more person.

Most if not all of the stuff you reference is stuff that could be added in via DLC, hints why I compared it to COD.
Battlelog isn't any different for me, the whole game still runs through the game browser (on the PC). Leaning around corners seems like a useless addition. I never once found myself in a intense firefight where I actually took up the time to use it. It just doesn't flow into gameplay well enough to actually use it. The vehicles seem to control pretty muc...
Well true I guess but then you have to wait weeks for a rebate which kind of sucks but I guess it's better than nothing.
Still for a difference of $30 I would personally suggest sticking with the newer technology.

They perform similarly when at 1080p but if you bump it up to 1440p the 760 is where it's at.

I'm just judging the beta here but I'm confused on how you could NOT see how similar BF4 is to BF3.
There are very few differences I notice. Commander mode, better water technology, and skyscraper destruction that is completely predefined so it isn't actual real time.
All the other additions are miniscule. Even the art style is basically the exact same.
I'm just not sure how you see the game being so drasti...
While I'll still buy BF4 (probably wait for the $30 gamestop deal if true though) the core BF series might be dead to me. I've been playing it since 1942 and was scared after BF3 that it would be going in this direction.
Don't get me wrong BF3 was a good game and I put a decent amount of time into it (as BF4 will probably be too). It's just becoming a little too generic for me to consider them TRUE Battlefield successors.

This is probably the biggest issue I have with my Vita. I would love to let my roommate log onto his account on my Vita so he could enjoy it too but it simply can't be done.
Kinda dumb.
If you have a Vita you owe it to yourself and the future of games on the system to invest in it.
It's a fantastic game and the better it sells the more incentive developers have to develop games of similar caliber for the Vita.
