Somewhat. It would have been REALLY smart if they supported remote play. Sadly I was told it didn't since the Vita was in demo mode.
In hindsight I started to think I should have grabbed my Vita out of the car but I doubt the demo booth PS4 would have supported it either. Not to mention I don't think the software is even on the Vita for remote PS4 play yet.

Still I think it's a good representation of loading times (for the first time) and the overall smoothness of the system.

I've never been able to stream games from one vita to another though, same with the psp. I think that's the major news here, that streaming a full blown game over the connection will be supported.

I knew waiting for the $30 black friday deal at gamestop was a good idea. :) But as others said this doesn't seem to be a good representation of everyone. For the most part the game seems to be running fine.

Honestly it wouldn't have truly bothered me if they would have never said anything and left out those levels. Sure I would have been disappointed but not enough to not buy the game.
They are giving you the EXACT same game that the console versions get. Sure 30 levels removed but again you have the extra murphy levels, extra charterers, and the touch screen murphy interaction that is so freaking lame and lackluster on the PS3/360 versions.

I hear ya. It just annoys me because I (along with most of you I assume) love my Vita and want it to prosper.
When the community reacts like this, it really only hurts the future of Vita. Granted there are times not to purchase a game due to laziness or stupidity. As I noted with all the information above this is NOT one of those times.
That said as somebody that will soon own a PS4 but doesn't currently own a PS3, I'm jealous about your TLOU purchase...
They can't just snap their fingers and instantly make copies available in all retail stores. They have to wait for inventory to be available everywhere otherwise that can create some serious issues for people looking to play the game.

Outside of PS4 remote play I'm not really sure why someone would want the Vita Tv over a regular Vita.
Games like Killzone look damn good for a portable but they are also running on a 5 inch screen at a resolution lower than 720p. Even then I can look closely and nitpick a lot of things when compared to PS3 graphics. Simply put, these games are going to look very rough on big screen tvs. It will probably be pretty comprable to a good looking PS2 game.

I don't currently own a PS3 nor have I tried the PC version (even though PC is my main platform for gaming these days).
That said Hotline Miami seems like an amazing fit for the Vita. The controls also seem fine. You just "pull" the touch screen around to see farther. You can also use the touch screen to target people although of course you can use the right analog stick to control targeting as well.
