Dude, its only $32 to instantly get access to the alpha now. You also get into the beta when as soon as it releases and you get the full game.
As opposed to waiting around for the full game and paying $50+ for it...
There isn't a tremendous amount of content for it atm but they are slowly pumping it out. Even so, what they have playable is defiantly worth the $30 it cost.
Hmm, sounds like a extremely elitist statement to me. This keyboard has been $27 for a while and I have used it for over 6 months for 4+ hours gaming almost every day and it's still going strong. If it craps out now I will still feel like I got more than my moneys worth. If your reasoning is physical feeling and feedback, that is entirely preference.
As for the logo, a evenly cut piece of electrical tape works wonders...
double post
You wanted the PS4 to be a sweet PC? Wish granted. No used game system.
Welcome to the club of us pc gamers... There are pros and cons to everything.
I'll stick with my 3930k @ 4.8ghz for at least 2 years. Doubt anything will get near maxing that baby out in that time period.
Fucking exactly. Now with the BF4 trailer it looks like EA wants to turn it into their version of COD. Pretty explosions everywhere....
I remember what the 360 and ps3 were going for on ebay the first few weeks after release...
That's why I am preording the ps4 (and the next xbox) as soon as I can just so I can partake in that this time :D
No doubt I will want to play both but I have a top of the line pc now so I think I can take the profit and wait a extra month.
Alright so I used to enjoy COD and I highly suggest you play what you enjoy. That said COD does have a lot of similarities every year, even down to the commercial style. Well BF is slowly moving toward COD standards. I think BF3 might have been the buffer medium. Defiantly a good game but far from my favorite in the series.
The BF4 trailer is announced and it is setup extremely similar to the BF3 trailer. Single player, 10+ minutes long, and just action sequences every where ...
I hope people that are judging these pc games get to see them in person and not just by videos online.
Video codecs used on sites like youtube and the one above just don't do the justice they should in supposed "1080p hd" for pc games.
When I watch these videos on the same rig I play them on, the difference is amazing. I would say videos on the net, such as the "pc" version above look much more like their console counterparts than pc o...

A dislike for a simple comment like that? trolls will be trolls. I swear I think they are the worst on n4g though.
He brought me cod4, the last cod I cared about. He WILL be missed...
Funny. my 680, 3930k, and 120hz 3d monitor does the same :D
Pft, alienware is overpriced and thats a fact. Say what you want. My 680 and 3930k build was $400 more with alienware when I built it.
I love building computers, its simply just fun. Especially once you get into custom water cooling and what not. It's just cool.
If you have to go with a prebuilt rig for gaming go with ibuypower.com though. Cheap and an A+ company. They give you a 1 year warranty stock on anything they do, be it desktop or laptop.
It's a launch game. These games are known for just being there so you have something to play on your shinny new console. If you expect more than just slightly better looking gameplay then you don't know launch games.
That said, I fell in love with the killzone franchise after waiting for killzone 2 since the ps3 launch. It's probably the only game this last gen that had years of hype and somehow still ended up being a actual good game. The multiplayer was so uniqu...
Shit, I have no problem paying whatever the price tag is. You know why? Because I am preording it, getting it day one, and selling it for 5 times+ what I paid. :D
The average price of the 360/ps3 was $3-4000 on ebay during the launch weeks. I have a top of the line gaming pc so I think I can wait the extra month or two to buy another one.
I think the God of Funk picture with the fro in the article pic is the best.
I am not sure of the original comment but I am sure it went something like this... "Whine, whine, whine. SlI doesn't work on my specificity system in the beta. You guys broke it and I'm not buying it."
I think he was telling the user to get a 360 if he expected 100% performance stability. They will have issues with the exponential number of pc part combinations out there. It's a pc beta, what do you expect...
While PS4 looks amazing and I will eventually own one, the only thing I am using it for right now is a investment.
I already have one on lock from bestbuy and will have at-least one more at gamestop by the end of the day (maybe 2). You guys remember how the 360 and PS3 sold for $3-4k on ebay weeks after launch.... :D :D :D
I have a top of the line gaming pc atm so waiting the extra month or so to get my hands on one for myself is no biggie.
