Aw man, no Pokemon Rainbow? No world comprised of all the locations from generations 1-4?
It looks like it's received the overhaul it needed though. Might get this (these)
I can't imagine Valve charging us that much for it. If this really is the Steam Box, how do they not realize that's a ludicrous price?
I'd want this to be heavily policed by Valve if it happened.
HO-LY SHIT.
I might actually preorder this.
No more of this please. What's with this suuden inundation of subpar, exclusively android consoles? They're going to oversaturate the market.
This is just videogames being assimiliated by shallow popular culture. Everything about videogames is becoming more and more diluted. All this smart phone ios android crap needs to stop.
It has something that I wish all handhelds had, and that's ergonomic design. Shame they're wasting it on shoddy ios and android crap.
"Every Final Fantasy game is original. We create a new world with every new number. We need to keep pushing the envelope so that every Final Fantasy game creates a new standard," Fischer told us when describing the project's genesis after the engine's unveiling. "Having a custom toolset like this is really helpful, because it makes that process a lot more efficient."
This is basically a confirmation of a new Final Fantasy game, though I suppose tha...
China had a lot of really open and minimal cities though. Sure you had big pagoda-like towers and stuff but I don't know. I just don't think Japan or China are good settings for AC games. They'd probably play in ways not dissimilar to the setting of AC III.
AC games are good BECAUSE they visit pretty unexpected places and times in history. Japan and Ninja are just too obvious. Though I suppose in a way Chinese culture is sort of overshadowed by Japanese in the wes...
WTF is that?? That looks more like some Japanese promotional Crash from the PsOne era tbh.
Maybe for next-next gen.
Hmmm that's true to an extent I think... but I'm always hearing the dumbed down thing and I'm not sure I agree. You don't have to repair weapons and that's about it really... If anything, it was just too much of the same.
The dungeons were a bit annoying though yeah. The falmer locations and the Dwarven interiors were just the ugliest laziest places ever in terms of design, and the drougr places were all pretty samey. The Ayleid ruins in Oblivion were awes...
When I finished Oblivion I said to myself "man, I could use a new Elder Scrolls game. I can't wait to see what the next one'll be like."
But after playing Skyrim, I'm sort of done. I don't really feel like I need a new ES game.
Unless the next one is a complete overhaul, I don't think I'm really that interested.
The next game needs good, expressive, well animated character models, not awkward mannequins. The ...
I just don't see how used games are that big an issue. I've bought like 2 used games in my life and it's not like I'm rich or anything. It's just handy and convenient every now and then.
If I buy a used copy of some companies game and enjoy it a lot, it's likely I'll buy new copies of their future releases.
I don't know I just don't see the point. Plus if it's an offline feature, wouldn't it be super easy to hack / ...
Why do you depend on review scores? Why don't you watch some Ghibli films and realise why this game is a big deal and is definitely going to be amazing?
The first price drop was pretty generous if you ask me. It encouraged me to pick one up. Especially given what it is: A handheld ps3 with a helluva lot of features. I mean certainly a piece of technology that costs quite a bit to produce.
That said it seriously needs games. Square Enix should provide anything Kingdom Hearts or Final Fantasy related. I'm thinking type-0 or another game before III (Although I suppose people would rage at that.) A new Dissidia game would be...
The influence of seeing a published "9/10" is pretty large. People really don't realise how much the media shapes them and their opinions. Not to sound like a paranoic, but it really is true.
The music in Bloody Roar is the best thing ever. Total butt-rock, but so catchy.
999 is one of the greatest narratives / stories in a videogame and probably one of my favourite games ever. It's like if Saw was actually good.
VLR is on it's way to me along with a Vita in the mail and boy am I excited.
In no particular order (And I don't have 10 [or 12]):
Journey
Okami HD
Final Fantasy XIII-2
Dear Esther
Assassin's Creed III
Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance
Tombi (The psone classics Monkey-paw re-release ofc)
And I'm reserving spots for Thirty Flights of Loving and Virtue's Last Reward.
Persona 4 Golden should probably be on there, but I haven't actually played the ori...
There's a possibility that the 3DS will be fully hacked by the time this game's released... Might hurt it a little bit.
