Skype on the PS3 would be a game changer. Then you could actually have cross-CONSOLE chat (PC/PSP/PS3). Which would be freaking amazing.
I use mine all the time. Actually, I use it even more than I actually game on the thing.
I'd agree with that, but all the PSP does is use the web browser it already has for internet radio. My only point is that you can do exactly the same thing on the PS3.
I'd love to see some sort of streaming internet radio service integrated on the XMB. Like PlayTV or something.
You're in the wrong Zone.
RSS would be VERY nice to have on the PS3.
Pandora.com.
Go there on your PS3 browser (or any browser, I guess).
As do I, but if one is going to add value to a paid service, you shouldn't use services that are free everywhere else to do so.
This would be great news! Hopefully it's the case.
Knock it off with the disagrees. See, I'm a gamer first and foremost, and Shadow Complex is a damned good game. I spend way more time with my PS3 than my roommate's 360, but it's a damn fine game. Stop being bitter 'cause it's not on the PS3. Each console need exclusives; that's what helps define the system.
I wonder what the issue was? We've had late updates before, but I don't recall a time when it straight up didn't happen (it may have happened and I didn't notice it, so don't quote me on this).
Oh well. I can wait; still trying to beat Shadow Complex on hardcore.
It never ceases to amuse me how certain people are willing to use this statement for XBL vs. PSN, but when you explain to them that it applies to PS3 vs. 360, they get all upset and butthurt.
BTW, my free service has never been down for the entirety of a holiday season before. Your paid service, however, has. That seem right to you?
I just checked your commenting history. You belong over there. --->
Warhawk being a FPS would be horrid; they need to keep it TPS. I actually like being able to see more of what's happening around me.
Yeah, it was just a coincidence. Just like all the other times that Sony dropped their price and MS instantly did the same; those were coincidences too.
Kinda like the coincidental eruption of fireworks on the 4th of July.
Sony sees what competitors are doing, but doesn't particularly care. Remember last year when MS dropped their price? Remember that Sony didn't even comment on it, let alone do anything? Now compare that to MS, who just had to comment on even the news that Sony was reserving 3 hours for their press conference at GamesCon, and felt the need to drop the price of the 360 Elite a week after Sony announced their price cut/new model (and made sure their price cut came before the new model's offic...
Good to hear!
Just what I was thinking. This entire conversation should have happened over there ---------->
Agreed. It makes those articles even more foolish than they already were.
This is no surprise. Sony has never seemed to really care what the competition is doing. Meanwhile, everytime Sony so much as says something, MS always feels the need to respond somehow. That's the difference between a follower and a leader.
Not a problem, man. Enjoy it; it's a great free service.
