Paying to play online I'd never do, but paying a flat yearly fee to download whatever the hell I want on PSN? THAT I'd do, without hesitation or regret.
Random signouts, outtages that just happen...the usual things that happen with any other online service. What did you expect?

You must not use PSN regularly, because I sure as hell have had issues with it at times...kinda like EVERY OTHER ONLINE SERVICE IN HISTORY.
The only time I had a real issue with XBL going down was the holiday season of their "Perfect Storm." There was NO excuse for that sh*t. But this? Please. It happens.
