The PS3 Slim And The Future Of Sony.
I feel a little funny writing this article, being the lead 360 writer for Koku Gamer and writing about the PS3 Slim. On the other hand I own a PS3 and love the games that are on the system too. Be it known first that we here at Koku Gamer are exactly that; Gamers. Regardless of what console we write for we enjoy all platforms as equally as possible. So here are some of my thoughts on the new PS3 Slim.

The only reason why MS didn't try to "cash in" on their 6th gen console is because they COULDN'T. It was too expensive, they didn't even own the technology that was put into it, and it wasn't financially viable. Sony didn't have that issue.
This story is actually comparing the new PS3 model to the original unit, pretending as if the 2 missing USB ports and the lack of card slots is totally new. Also it's making assumptions about the heating (which is stupid), and is generally a poorly researched article. It does not need to be on N4G.
TBQH, I was thinking about looking into this despite my misgivings. However, with so many high quality games now launching in early '10 due to being pushed back, this is looking like less and less of an option.
Just to see how you guys were evolving here, I listened to this podcast.
Wish I could say otherwise, but I'm not impressed. I expected you guys to feel more comfortable on the mic, to have more flow, and I'm not seeing that. Narde, you still keep interrupting the flow of the podcast by stepping in when someone else is making a point. That is BAD, and it's the main reason I never asked to be on another show after the one I did.
