the 360 is pretty much the most unreliable console of all time. Good thing there was a 3 yr warranty (MS had to do it anyway), but regardless, the 360 really did make everyone really cautious and worried.

I'm still paranoid with my PS3 getting YLOD. I am out of warranty and screwed if anything happens.

Also, this article really doesn't say much. It's more of a forum post considering that all the guy did was say nothing new.

Are you kidding? Age has nothing to do with maturity. Adults are just as bad if not worse than kids. Adults randomly pick on kids in a game too.

Age has nothing to do with it, so don't try using the PSN demographic as if it proves that the community is mature.

I like how everybody is acting as if PSN is full of saints. PS3 didn't include a headset, so clearly it is less likely to run across someone annoying.

Additionally, if everyone had access to a mic the PSN could be just as bad as XBL.

With that said, Zipper is technically correct, but I don't understand why they'd point out something like this. Is it supposed to change the way games are played online? I usually mute or block "juvenile" players.

Squad DM is going to be so freaking epic!

4v4v4v4

Sounds so damn fun and it TOTALLY forces absolute teamwork in order to win.

Then there's good old 4v4 Squad Rush.

I am loving the idea of Squad modes. It makes everything so much more tactical and it makes the classes so much more important. You practically need a good balance of a medic, engineer, etc.

Then of course, there's the full 24/32 player Rush and Conquest mode which ha...

Sony could easily advertise this. 256 players will really wow the general gamer.

I do not think it's a good thing either. I mean, I'm not going to preach how to raise kids but what I find ironic is that these articles seem to blame the games or the phones when parents are the ones too negligent to discipline or guide their kids.

Yes, there should be a limit as to how much one does something and kids should focus on school, but let's not blame the forms of entertainment for that entirely.

I'm not sure how true the "only possible on PS3" PR talk is, but regardless, Sony has indeed proven to house unique talents who really push technical envelopes.

As for MAG, yes, the number and scope is impressive. The fact that MAG can run relatively smoothly against something like IWNet which hosts 18 players max with client hosting either outlines how great Zipper is or how garbage IW is.

Sony has put in a lot of effort and money into MAG. But make no mis...

Ok fair enough-- I didn't know that. But why take Bungie seriously?

But sorry, I never read anything like that and only saw the defensive posting by PS3 fans. Regardless thanks for clearing that up and sorry again for the mistake.

Oh yeah, I'm sure they are just jealous Sony is outselling them. It's not about profits (which MS has more of this gen), it's about flexing numbers. Of course, the 360 is still leading Sony, but no, MS is just jealous and that's why why their social media lead posted these numbers.
Oh no, the conspiracies! Thank God conspiracy theories are based on solid facts.

Didn't understand all of that but he didn't sound too excited.

Though, the description of his game sounded just like what I expected. BFBC2 is insanely tight-- the reliance on teamwork is great, the guns all feel awesome and they are all balanced:

-The snipers dominate long range
-The LMGs dominate at mid range and suppress numbers
-The SMGs dominate close range
-The shotguns decimate at point blank
-The Assault rifles are great for all ranges...

But that's the thing: being constructive and criticizing him only leads to his fans jumping down the throats. You read what Troll Police said and did. He didn't try responding to the actual relevancy of the issues, but instead labeled haters as jealous and told them to get lost. He'd rather follow rather than allow questioning.

My long conversation actually had nothing to do with HHG but his ridiculous fans who are willing to blindly follow without question. It just motivates HHG...

I love BC too.

I dont have a problem with Assassyn's gameplay style-- campers are near the bottom of problems in MW2.

But BC is much more engaging and promotes activity. Support you teammates, complete the objectives, etc. it's all much more interesting and dynamic than MW

I understand and agree assassyn, but the game is ridiculous in numerous ways.

I don't have a big problem with "conservative defensive playing" but the maps are poorly designed to favor "Campers".

There are so many nooks and crannies where it's impossible to counter.

Anyways, I have no problem with campers. In fact, it's the least of my worries as running and gunning with the Commando + Marathon + Lightspeed class is much more destruct...

I don't remember anybody hyping Bayonetta to be "better than GoW" especially not 360 fans.

It was a multiplatform game first of all and hype was coming from all corners.

And anybody and everybody always calls a well-received game overhyped so your not doing any favors.

What I did notice however was PS3 fans talking down on Bayonetta, but of course that came out of the defensive stance they had on Bayonetta receiving scores like God of War. Anyt...

I don't think anybody says it sucks-- it just isn't as superior on the PS3 as it is on the 360.

"I don't have anything to prove to you."

Let me use your logic that you used in your next sentence: You tell me that you have nothing to prove to me but you tried anyway with your previous comment. I guess (by your logic) that it shows you have something to prove to me after all but have clearly given up making any sort of relevant response.

That is essentially your line of logic in the next thing you said:

"If you don't like HHG or think ...

Because he is notorious for it. Many "flame bait articles" that get posted are also attacked for being flame bait, but they are by unknown websites and authors.

In the case of HHG he has a reputation for writing flame bait articles. And amazingly, you actually admitted to the fact that he writes flame bait articles, so my question is, why do you dismiss the fact? You are no better than the people you accuse that attack HHG.

Nobody is picking and choosing an...

How ignorant is it of HHG fans to throw ad hominen attacks around like "oh your just jealous!"

People bring up valid criticisms with HHG and the best people can do is make irrelevant attacks without ever addressing the issues.

Your assumption that people are jealous is not only ignorant, but also very arrogant for you to assert and convince yourself that you know the true intentions of people better than they know themselves.

By your ridiculous...

Mmm at the moment it is Bad Company 2 set for March.

For the 360 it's definitely Halo Reach. Halo 3 was a juggernaut of a game and was jam packed with so much good stuff. There STILL isn't a game that can match the amount of gameplay options in Halo 3-- split screen co-op, split screen local, split-screen online, cinema mode, forge, etc. Reach is set to offer a new engine and of course, the same action packed story and fun multiplayer.

And for the PS3 it will be The ...

BF's squad dependent gameplay is solid. It's not one of those break or make games that depend on teammates, but having support from teammates really makes you feel so much stronger.

This is going to be awesome.
