I not so sure. Bayonetta failed to meet sales expectation and just this year sold over 2million copies. If all it can muster is 2million while being multi-platform after 4/5years than Bayonetta 2 will have an harder time being a single platform.
Well summer is almost around and the average consumer usually spending their money on something else. This move won't see a big turnout until holidays come around.

Well the PC does have PS2,PSP and DS emulators which could run Vice City stories, Liberty City stories and Chinatown Wars. So technically all of them have been on pc just not officially.

Well both ESO and WoW are video games. I don't think the 60 million for WoW include its expansions but rather its final budget for the game itself.
Well the large invest paid off for majority of those games but we know happen with Too Human, Crysis 3, LA Noire.

It should be but most of the ISPs in the US have their lobbyist and not to mention several paid off politicians. So passing a law or rule to prevent Comcast, ATT, Verizon, TWC and others would be difficult.

It need something because it's almost in the same position the WiiU is in, if not already. Psvita lacks third party support and not to mention poor marketing. Lately I haven't seen any Vita ads or ads for its games.

Well the launch parity policy will be a huge problem small indie developers without the funds or people who can release two versions of their game alongside of each other.
If they don't remove the policy or even change to make it more lenient then it will cause MS more harm than good in the long run.
