Or Team Fortress?
You can already do this, sort of, just install VMWare on your machine (1st level), run a virtualized OS (2nd level), then run an emulator of some kind in the virtualized OS (3rd level).
For this task: memory is the big problem. And a display. And input devices.
Hahaha, australian lagforce saves the day!
I tend to disagree. Most UK gamers I met on steam are quite good, whereas American steam users tend to be younger, and less apt.
Are you trying to simulate stuttering? Or why are you putting commas and dots where they don't belong?
Why should we listen to you? You have NEVER made a good game. Schafer has made a bunch of GREAT ONES.
Or you don't even try it, because, well, it's out now and the next game awaiting release tempts with bits and pieces of information. Then you realize you're playing the "wait for something to happen"-game.
MMO != MMORPG. It just means that a lot of players are playing together. But yeah, it was still a crap game.
Why should it be different from any other business?
Hmmm, I think I know what you mean. I always have problems with visuals in those games for a moment, when switching games on a LAN party. Maybe it's what you call lack of depth perception.
how did you get a look at the code?
A game running on a PC at 1080p with 8x AA has no noticeable aliasing. Also, you can go much higher in resolution, ever heard about Eyefinity and the like?
Actually, it's unclear whether screenshots taken at higher resolutions should be considered bullshots. You know, there are some monster rigs out there that can render stuff at 4 times the framerate a regular one does. Or at the same framerate but at insane resolutions.
I'd say a bullshot is a screenshot that was manipulated outside the game engine.
You do know that you can render PC screenshots at insane resolutions? FPS don't matter if all you do is take a screenshot.
Looking like action figures is not really a bad thing for a game based on comic books.
@Saryk: Actually, Jack didn't know what she wanted at all and tried to cover her insecurity with hard-ass behaviour.
Too bad this mod is nothing like free ride extreme, with its cool "quests". I wanna collect crazy experimental cars again.
It's still pretty cool, though.
Yeah, the sad fact is, they don't sell you a game, but a license to use it. They will try everything to enforce that this license can't be resold.
Be happy then. In my world, almost all adults (excluding me and some friends) see gaming as a complete waste of time. They think that ANYTHING is a better way of spending your time. Also, they have no clue what gaming is, they still think we're back in the 80s with Pacman and Tetris.
