Many games on PC, these days are digital only.
Even the Store bought PC versions are just a steam download on a disk.
Then you have many PC games being MMOs these days, these games don't work well on a console you need many keys/buttons for them and the Asian MMOs are made mainly for a mouse.

No Snapdragon is from a south Korean or Taiwan company.
The difference with Snapdragon is it has everything on the processor, so it has a proper GPS and A-gps some of the sensors plus the surround sound stuff and DVD play back etc.
They have had that stuff for years it was only on WinMobile phones though. HTC use them mainly too everyone else use ARM and others.

For it to be completely custom CFW would have to completely replace the whole OS and not use any of Sony's OS in any form.
