Mario Kart is Mario Kart. It's largely the same as it's always been. The open world aspect is umm... not exactly Forza Horizon or the Crew type open world. All that being said, I'm not sure how there are "cons" to playing a video game solely for entertainment. Maybe there are some "disappointments" in features, but the only con playing any video game is how much time goes by that you don't realize.

It’s not about playing more games, it’s about being able to try more things with lower risk. Having freedom to explore. I download every notable new AAA or highly rated indie games literally 100% of th time when they show up. If i like them i keep playing thm. If i truly looove them, i buy them. You cant do that without gamepass. Sure i cant play “more” games bc gamepass doesn’t add hours to my days and days to my weeks. Im already full on time.
