Yup. That’s an old quest game ported to my $600 vr headset that requires my $500 ps5. Could have just played it on the quest for a fraction of the price.
Best purchase ever….. psvr is turning into Sonys version of the Kinect. Not worth it.
HDII is a great game, but how many stories are we gonna post daily at this point? 80% of these articles are getting silly and not really worth the click. At some point it will be like “helldivers now has a new loading indicator” “check out helldivers new button icons!” “Helldivers wants you to keep playing helldivers!” How about we consolidate and just post the stories that actually matter. New enemies, new seasons, whatever.
Meh. I’m sure it’s cool for ppl into these types of games, but they’re not for me. Not really into the manga vibe hack n slash etc. these games all just blur together for me and there are tons of them.
what a surprise, more basic thinking from basic gamers. the comparison it could be a huge community building game that has a long burn that could also extend to other platforms and or be cross platform. it could be like sea of thieves in that regard etc.... sorry thoughts get more abstract than what your brain can seem to handle
people don't understand nuance or abstract thought. they just hear two games and decide they like one better than the other so the one they don't like can't be anything close to the one they like. I get that you are speaking in a larger context, not a direct comparison. it could be a huge community building game that has a long burn that could also extend to other platforms and or be cross platform. it could be like sea of thieves in that regard etc. never mind the knuckle dragge...
Kinda proof that Xbox gets more hate than it deserves
Fine with me. I usually don’t finish super long games anyway unless they are absolutely brilliant perfection to me. At some point I usually get bored. Quality over quantity
Haha I like the name. Love me some indica too. Sativas are too uppy.
Yet sales were still underwhelming. Go home square, you’re drunk.
I’m surprised. Not because I thought it was a good game, but rather the “ps exclusive hype” train.
Glad we got helldivers tho. That game is great.
I think 60fps will actually cheapen the experience imo. I know 30 fps isn’t usually ideal but in this case makes it feel more like a movie, which is cool imo. 60 fps is good for sims and competitive games imo but I’m ok with 30 fps on games like this. I say this having a pc that can easily run anything at 4k/60 (2x 4090s)
I think gamers have gotten worse. Still tons of great games… just shitty people.
I don’t think it should be hard to be objective. It’s just being honest.
Well rightfully so. They usually are. I applaud behavior that applauds good work regardless of platform. PS usually has killer exclusives.
But what about pcs? A game can be demo’d running on a full tilt pc to wow the audience, but often times that game is also released for pc as well. Some pc’s can run games maxed out. I have one at my house right now. It’s not really false advertising so much as console gamers forgetting they are just one segment of a much larger industry.
As for cg trailers (the I isn’t needed - that’s from the 90s) if it’s advancing the story of a game series I don’t really care. In fact so...
Not even a little bit.
lol I said this years ago, naturally to tons of disagrees cuz somehow ppl think Sony is magical and can bypass basic laws of economics. Xbox saw the writing on the wall before Sony and started adapting… much to the harassment of fanboys. Maybe they saw it first bc Xbox doesn’t sell like Sony does, but I also think Sony was blinded by confidence and assumptions. Sony tried to make the ps5 successful the same way they did with ps4, the problem is markets have changed in those 7 years. So that s...
I can’t wait!
Hell yes. Can’t wait
Sigh. I officially regret buying a psvr2 when I had a quest 2 already, with mostly the same and similar games. All the badass aaa experiences I was promised with all that cool tech and power are MIA sans a handful at launch. Still playing the same types of crappy looking vr games we’ve seen for years… and most are still ports even.
