I mean they act like there are a ton of great titles available for BC right now. I just played through Judgment, but outside of Gears, most of my old Xbox games aren't available on Xbox One yet.
PS4 is not significantly more powerful. I play on a 1080p 54 inch TV and the difference between the 2 consoles is negligible on most games.
You talk as if the U.S. is a lost battle for Microsoft. Xbox One could still end up outselling PS4 in the States in the long run. The gap is not that big in America. It's internationally where the gap is the biggest.
It'll probably sell even more than that on X1 in the long run. I still want to play it, but I've been preoccupied with other games like Halo and MGS V. Also it releases on PC soon, so that should move some copies.
There really hasn't even been that many JRPGs on X1 this gen. And JRPGs really haven't done so hot on PS4 this gen.
PS4 could sell more, but that still doesn't mean it's a better console than the Xbox One. PS4 could sell tons, but if Xbox One gets all the better exclusives and features, then none of those sales numbers really mean anything to the everyday gamer not working for those companies.
Can we get Vanquish for Xbox One backwards compatibility? Also if Hatsune Miku came to PC, I would definitely grab it, as I love those games.
Most people don't even have 4k TVs yet. Like others have said, let's focus on 1080p first.
All of those 1st party studios, and still no worthwhile first party exclusive in 2015 for PS4.
Also Gears of War Judgment was developed by Epic Games and they are the original developers of Gears of War. The unreleased Gears of War 4 is the first to not be developed by Epic and thus you can't say the quality of the Gears franchise has diminished esp. after the fantastic remaster that was Gears Ultimate Edition by The Coalition.

It was a pretty good game. It got lots of unwarranted criticism like people complaining that the map was lifeless, which really didn't bother me. If you skipped this game you should definitely go back and play it as it is a solid Arkham game.
FINALLY. As someone who has played all the Batman Arkham games, I thought I was the only one who thought Batman Arkham City was the worst out of all of them. Arkham City just didn't grab me the way the other games did. Origins on the other hand was really underrated just because it wasn't made by RockSteady. I really don't understand how people can say City was the best in the series, when it is probably the worst.
The Japanese have such weird taste. No wonder the Xbox One isn't doing good in Japan. Most of their top 5 games consisted of Japanese games and mobile games.
Far Cry 4 kinda sucks. I would get Last of Us remastered if I were you and this is coming from somebody who has played both.
I rarely if ever pay full price for games. I just wait until they go on sale or I buy them used. I don't have to play a game right when it comes out. I have family members that buy games Day One at full price and I'm like why. I literally put off buying the game for like a month or 2 and work on my backlog until the price of a game drops to at least $45. I guess some people just have to have the latest and greatest as soon as they are released.
I'm most looking forward to Quantam Break and Deus Ex:Mankind Divided. However, I am intrigued by Horizon Zero Dawn and Scalebound.
To be honest, I will probably still be playing titles from 2015 in early 2016. I know I can't be the only one. Some of you guys must rush through games or something because I still have plenty of games from 2015 in the backlog.
Xbox One has the best multiplayer games, so if you are into multiplayer gaming Xbox is the way to go.
This is a good month for me. I've wanted to try out Killer Instinct but I've always been confused by the different versions/seasons/packs. It's like which one do I get? And I will definitely pick up Deus Ex and if I like it I will pick up Mankind Divided in 2016.
Microsoft is right though. More people will buy it as they start to finish other games like Fallout 4. It was released in a very crowded window but that doesn't mean people won't get around to playing it. I for one am a big Tomb Raider fan and I haven't bought it yet but it's definitely in the backlog. I think people should at least give the game 2 months before calling it a flop.
Gears and Halo are baloney? Yeah okay. PS4 doesn't even possess these type of great multiplayer and Co-op games.
