Season Passes are usually extra content, basically expansions. There's nothing necessarily wrong with that.

2) Sony knows as well as anyone that physical movie sales are on the decline and digital is the future. They made a decision based on their metrics to not include that to keep the price reasonable. They learned that the wrong price will hurt.
3) Xbox clearly has better BC, but I wouldn't call it proper. It is limited to the games they've picked (and the publishers agree to allow) to support.

ISPs are not pushing for net neutrality, they want it removed.
ISPs who previously said they would never do paid prioritization have already backed off on that claim. So while this is a hypothetical at this point, it is very likely to happen.
The "we won't throttle" thing is bullshit if they offer paid prioritization. They are the essentially same thing. If you pay for Netflix prioritization, that means they are basically throttling everything else.

These are just predictions, so it should be marked as Rumor as best.
The article states that the Pro version is the best way to play the game, and they haven't made any final conclusions on the new patched versions because they don't have complete builds.

If it weren't for brand loyalty no one would have bought an X1 based on the crap they tried to pull at the beginning of this gen. So Microsoft should be grateful for it.
