Got my first Xbox system in the last few months. UI is terrible.
Some bugs are so rare it may take a crap ton of a testing that simple wouldn't be found with limited resources. Hence, why companies do beta products where millions of people can help test. Is this news to you?
You can argue it isn't worth the price, but why exactly should they give you games for free?

Diablo 3 was great from the beginning. Yes, they had a bad launch, but as the article admits... the sales were more than they even fathomed. RMAH was a big hating point as well... but the game was still great and then they made it better.
Destiny wasn't terrible either. Most of the hate was about how it had changed from what they had shown years earlier. If you took those expectations away, it really was a great game. I put more hours into that game than any other ...

It is supposed to be in the title per N4G rules when the article is about game deals. No one should have to open the article to find out it doesn't even apply to them.

There's a big difference between smoking and killing. Killing is something that is obviously wrong and everyone knows it. No one defends it or encourages it (yes, I know that some people do obviously so no need to make some stupid comment about that). Smoking is just a health hazard. It isn't immoral. It isn't illegal. It is just a disgustin...

That was whiny gamers complain about a game decision. Sony heard their whining and changed it. Then other whiny gamers complained about that.
They get a different pre-order bonus than retail. I don't see the big deal.

@Cobra951... if you decide to not use the feature to update the games automatically... you'd be a fool to complain about having to update a game when you want to play it.
In this context yes it does. You put out a complete crap product which was no where near what was promised. If there is a huge uproar and you stay quiet... yes that is cowardly. Admit the mistakes to start with. If you have a plan, say so.
Very few people collect and hoard games. Most people who buy physical, sell them when they are done. Hence the gigantic used game market. That is why I stick with physical.
