some people are so stupid, why would he admit that? then everyone will just wait. Oh its a week before chrimbo but yes, we are cutting the price next spring. He may aswell say "woh woh woh, hold on, don't buy that ps3 now, buy it next spring when it's cheaper"

You simply cannot call that yet, it hasn't even been out 2 years in europe yet already its failed? You cannot expect Sony to sell 20 million in 18 months at its launch price (reduction now). After a price drop I expect sales to take off, in a years time it will be in its 3rd year, we would have had some awsome games from 09, the third generation of games will be revealed and I personally thin...

I'm quite happy with the disc prices now, new films here in the UK are usually around £15, which is no more than what i was paying for DVD's a couple of years ago
people are saying about a price cut, and yes, there is not much better than £50 extra in your pocket, but some of the deal around are better than a price cut anyhow

Well, it was the year of the PS3 for me for sure, I have had some awsome blu-rays, too many games to complete and the next 12 months looks even better
Good list, but it is very strange how whilst 360 is good and the selection of games has been good (not so good this year), not sure how people can bypass the sheer poor build quality and constant hardware issues and give it hardware of the year 2008. I think that is just a poor poor decision. It would be interesting to see their reasons.
I don't know what should win it, I just think 360 should not - just too many issues.
I know that is cheap for the xbox arcade, but really as a launch 60gb ps3 owner (£425), £269 is a cracking deal for what your getting out of the box, seriously.
