Well ive quickly looked through and havnt found any articles highlighting poor frame rates, so not worried about this atall. Plus check out the vids and you can see for yourself. Cant wait for this game
Has anybody else had problems with the frame rate? I'm pretty sure I haven't read anything else anywhere - maybe it was just lag on your internet connection..?
I have been away for 1 week, I come back and catch up on N4G news, what do I find? well, some nice info about some great games coming soon, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, GOW3 oh, and what else? no end of rediculous, crap, full of sh!t articles claiming the ps3 is dead etc etc.... well you just tell that to the 18 million ps3 owners, so far, yes, that's 2 years in some territories and only a year and a half in the UK and europe....

No its not true. Its absolutely fantastic, enemys of epic size, incredible graphics. If you have a PS3, you owe it to yourself to give this a spin - the multiplayer aspect is just the icing on the already delicious cake my friend
Whether your a fanboy or not, there is no denying that Sony has an epic year lined up next year, and yes, we said that about this year and IMO it has been epic, my PS3 has been fantastic and provided many hours of entertainment in various forms.
Sonys year could consist of: Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, GT5, God of War 3, Final Fantasy + FF VERSUS, Heavy Rain, Infamous, several fun cheap PSN titles, Quantum Theroy, MAG, Demon Soul, Agency, a price cut, new innovations between PSP + PS...

My opinion is if you buy a 360 now, you'll only want a PS3 next year, for sure. So save yourself some money and buy the PS3 now, great games already a stella 2009 line-up and one of the bext blu-ray players on the market.

I think if you are looking at SALES its close all round. But if you are looking and PROGRESS and actual output then sony have had a stonking year and it looks like they are setting next year up to be the same. Don't fight it, get a PS3 you know it makes sense and will compliment your 360 under your tv.
Why miss out on KZ2, Infamous, Mstorm 2, R2, MGS4, LBP, FF Versus, Uncharted 2, God of War 3, GT5
Great, I love the red bull brand and the air show. This is the kind of stuff that i think people will like, so imagine you go to the red bull area, you have a game, you can buy tickets to the air show - nice.

No! its due to a year head start! regardless of how that year came about, it cant be put down...
1) I'm not going to try and convince you to buy a PS3, as based on your comments you really don't want one and will say 'meh' to any game I mention. Your loss, nobody elses.
2) "Sonys slow progress to blame for that" - WRONG. Msft rushed out the 360 and everybody knows it, they wanted to be first out of the gates, even if it meant releasing unstable hardware.

It doesn't matter what anybody says (including me), people have this disillusion that if the PS3 hasn't sold 100m in a week its a failure, when the truth of the matter is, from Sonys point of view the PS3 is doing very well, it has great momentum with great forthcoming projects and games and a price drop in the pipeline and it is already 90% year on year sales which based on price point/current economic climate that is great. So fanboy rant all you like, but Sony is doing just fine.
If you cant sell your console any other way, lower the price. Its taken this much to make it stop the ps3 whopping its butt again this year at its higher price point. What have they got left though? once the ps3 lowers its price next year, then what can MS pull out of the bag?
