I think it means
"two million triangles that we try to draw every frame at one point"
There are some amazing PS3 deals out at the moment, game.co.uk have the new 250gb slim
Sony Playstation 3 250Gb PS3 Slim with Killzone 2, GT5 Prologue and Fifa 10 £284.99!! thats a bargain!!!
raise the bar at what level?
the only thing 'special' about COD is the pick up and playability
I don't know, what else is this suppose to raise the bar in? destructibility? sound? dynamic environments?
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
I mean I enjoyed the brutal legend demo, completely took me by surprise, but seriously, this shouldn't even be a discussion.
I have a psp 3000 so wont be buying, but a friend has been trying to get one and has found it to be sold out in some places, so doesnt seem to be selling that bad
After actually watching the whole review, no the score isn't accurate.
YES it's a great score and nobody is questioning that, but the complaints about about the game are very weak at best. I mean they actually use no originality as a flaw, In my 20 or more years of gaming I have NEVER played a game like uncharted 1, let alone uncharted 2.
As I say, great score, but it's just frustrating that sites use such weak negatives literally because they cannot find any solid faults....
Kraze07, I'm genuinely interested - why is it a downgrade? I probably haven't looked into it enough
I have a psp 3000, and I like the fact they have released this as another alternative in the psp family - I may upgrade one day
Its almost like all the journos think this is replacing the whole psps line-up, its not, its a premium version if you like that kind of thing
Excellent, loved BF:BC 1 and this just looks even better. By the looks of it they have improved on graphics, sound and the destruction (one of the best bits, makes the game so dynamic)
I have a psp 3000, but I think this is a good deal - 16gb included, bluetooth, new screen etc etc
if you don't want to pay the price, don't buy it, buy a psp-3000. Its not meant to replace umd psp's but its meant to be another option
great score, but I STILL don't understand this:
worst
- Story Mode which is short (approx. 12-13 hours)
since when is that short......
nobody minds a 9.5, but give it a real reason!
You are correct ghostface, it's only the media/fans that created a release date from rumours and speculation. This is the first 'release date' we have had.
says the website using a capital letter after a comma
"Get The Uncharted 2 Special Edition, Get An MBX Theme?"
I'm still unsure, I was reading the Nov uk official playstation mag, and in there they list as dec 09, but not just that, in an article talking about 2010 games it says something along the lines of "yes we can't wait for uncharted 2, ratchet and clank and GT5, but what are we going to do AFTER christmas" now to me that implies at least at some point it was due in 09.
complete game versus game 6 months away from release hmmm
How many different language versions of reviews do we need to see? I mean really??? even more so as its the same site, just different language
it looks AMAZING

Yer I was kind of hoping for 2009, but you know, they have alot of games coming out in the next few months + pspgo, so perhaps they just wanted GT5 to have some space, launching that with GOW3 will be epic.
Its Halo, it's been said many a time, if its halo it will generally sell well no matter what, from what I have played of Halo (Halo 3 I must add), KZ2 is 100 times a better game, no matter which way you look at it.
But, we must praise Bungie for creating a franchise which has so so many followers who are always prepared to shell out the $
The problem with reviews is lack of consistency.
It doesn't matter if halo gets 1/10 or GT5 gets 6/10, the problem is with the review content itself.
for example, they will give a game 7/10 because lets say, no multiplayer and boring set pieces. Then, they will release a review for a game, give it 9/10 yet it makes no difference whether it has multiplayer or not! Now I know it depends on the strength of the SP, but uncharted 1 had awsome SP experience yet it was still dow...
thing is the average never seems to go back up, no matter how many 10/10 it gets, I guess it only takes a few low(er) scores to bring it down
