Nah, I have a launch PS5 and Series X still both going strong.
What is the website?
The war ended with Microsoft as the biggest games publisher in the world, bringing in more revenue than Sony.
I seem to remember this same talk with PSVR2. It sold well at launch to the enthusiasts who always must have the newest tech. And I don’t need to tell you how things turned out down the road.
Wait, what? PUBG is the 5th best selling game of all time with 75 million copies sold.

And is still in the top 10 most played games on Steam 6 years after its release. Palworld was also massively successful. It’s sold 25 million copies and has the second most peak concurrent players in Steam history, behind only… yep, PUBG.
And yet, Microsoft’s first party won 3 awards (2 for Forza and 1 for Hi-Fi Rush) versus Sony’s zero. Well hey, they won for a TV show, so I guess that’s something, lol.
Told you the Microsoft/N4G merger was bad for gamers.
This is simply on a level beyond anything we have seen before in a game. The sheer density of detail in every frame of the trailer is mind-boggling. And knowing Rockstar, it will actually look this good at release, or even better.
They actually cancelled a GTA Online cops and crooks update back in 2020 because of the George Floyd stuff.
Fallout 4, the worst received of Bethesda’s mainline RPGs, still won 58 GOTY awards, going up against Witcher III, Bloodborne, and MGSV.

Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Skyrim were all consensus GOTYs. From what we’ve seen of Starfield so far, there is no doubt it will win plenty of GOTY awards. The only question is can Bethesda really delive...
The game world would pause while you pickpocketed or lockpicked in previous games.
If Sony puts all SE and Capcom games on PS Plus day one, and brings PS Plus to more platforms then I’m all for it. The thing about the Activision acquisition is it brings their games to more platforms than ever, and for a lower price. All these games on Game Pass will force Sony to improve PS Plus. The benefits far outweigh any negatives to consumers.
Purchasing Activision was clearly never about selling consoles.
The restraining order to close is lifted on Friday and Activision is being delisted from the Nasdaq on Monday:

All signs point to this closing on Monday. Too little, too late for the FTC. Either Microsoft already reached an agreement with the CMA or they’re ...
This is one of those games that only comes once in a generation. A game that can reignite your passion for gaming and make you feel like a kid again. That sense of awe and wonder at the sheer scope and scale of the game. Few developers put as much care and detail into their worlds. The sense of immersion is unmatched. This and GTA 6 are the two games that give me hope for the future of the industry.
Considering how long Starfield has been in development and how ambitious it is, I could certainly see it taking the spot for the most expensive game. Until GTA VI releases of course. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the first billion dollar game.
The faces are definitely a weak point. Some of the characters in the Direct looked straight out of Sims 4. But everything else looks very good. I love love love the NASA punk style, and the lighting is truly phenomenal. It makes the planets look incredibly beautiful. It’s what I always wished No Man’s Sky could look like.
A slideshow huh? I have an OLED and I always play games in quality mode. Never had an issue with 30 FPS. Playing TOTK right now on the OLED and no problems. The most noticeable thing would be the lower resolution but it’s something you get used to quickly.
Plans change. 🤷♂️
