Resistance 3's sales had zero impact on my enjoyment of one of the best SP campaigns in a FPS.
Raccoon City is a damn fine game. I've never understood the hate directed towards it. More Resident Evil than 5 and 6 combined plus 4 player co-op. The game is a blast.
For me, I am interested in The Last of Us for the single player experience. Obviously, it's why I'm buying the game (pre-ordered on Amazon). The thought of a potential infected vs survivors MP game is exciting. It already appears as though the SP portion has and is getting plenty of development love, so why not make an MP mode? Look at the GoW beta. People seem to genuinely enjoy it.

I played some of 1 on the 360 and beat 2 on PS3. I have 3 and it's still sealed. I have no idea why I have zero desire to play. I just keep playing other games. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed 2 and series is enjoyable. I think it's just one of those good games that for whatever reason, doesn't scream "PLAY!" at me. I am tempted to buy 1 on PS3, replay 2 and THEN play 3, but honestly...that shit probably won't happen.
You gotta know how wrong you are. Games like this were developed for US, the gamer. And with all those loses, they still churn out exclusives that grab the industries attention. Don't hate, congratulate.
