3 months into a 9+ year console life cycle is a little too early to be declaring generation winners and losers.
I'll opt for the third, not mentioned option: neither.
Both Microsoft and Sony have sold an obscene amount of consoles to date.... so I wouldn't choose desperate.
And I wouldn't exactly say a layaway program is genius.
I liked it at 50 (maybe a little less would be OK)...at 10 I wouldn't have enough time to recharge another battery. :)
Definitely agree. I loved 2 but 3 was kind of stale. Caution fanboys, not saying U3 is not of high quality but after a few go around it needs to innovate to stay fresh. Other examples include Gears of War, God of War... I think all the of these titles are at major franchise crossroads. Ingested to see what they do with them.
I will gladly argue over game resolutions and exclusives....but this argument is a smidge on the ridiculous side.
Yes...Panther is a clown.
However there is some bayous for his views. Sony as a whole is not in the best financial shape. Yes their game unit is performing well but that doesn't give them the green light to plunk down the significant coin this PS Now is gonna take to maintain. PS+ is different as that is paid out on a timed, monthly basis. While the Now program may sound cool to us gamers, financially is gonna takes ton of money to get off the ground, get publishers ...
Actually I'm positive it'll come to PS4. This is EA we're talking about....when's the last time they left a penny of potential profit on the floor?
Agreed. U3 wasn't necessarily offensive but kinda just went through the motions. I loved U2 but the series needs some improvements before it gets stale.
As a major 'Gearhead' I can tell u the action is with the mp, horde, and other modes. The vs mp modes were fantastic and different from so many if the FPS offerings and COD clones.
All this crying about the trilogy being over because the campaign story wrapped up is besides the point. The campaigns were ok, a little cheesy, but definitely not the best part if gears.
I hope a new gears concentrates efforts on the mp. I have heard that a campaign co...
I wonder if the 360 2 week delay is really meant to bolster Titan fall sales for X1.
Either way...looks good. Looking forward to beta.
You spelled "you're" wrong.
Content is king. Only games matter in the end.
I agree... However I still feel the lack of mp is a bigger issue than 30fps.
Without mp it definitely limits the replayability.
So you own a non-PS4 game from a prior Sony system that you want to play on your PS4. But you need to pay for the ability to do so. Hmmm.
Awaiting Sony fanboy spinning this into a positive and an Xbox negative in ...5...4...3..2...1...
February 16th?
I didn't think the new Gears of War game was that far along yet. Oh wait...they're talking about The Order...the Sony Gears clone. I got it now.
Interested to see what a next gen Bordelands would look like. Could be interesting as Im sure they'll keep the cell-shaded aesthetic.
Looks like the money from the Aliens:Colonial Marines production budget was spent in the right place.
To answer the article's title.....YES.
The XBOX can keep it? Fine.
We'll take it....as well as other sweet exclusives: Dead Rising 3, new Halo, new Gears, etc.
You can keep Killzone. Hahahaha.
While you're busy knocking resolution...ill be busy playing sweet games.
Content is king. Remeber that. Let me repeat....Content is king. Killzone - bwa-hahahahah!!!!!
This will be a mega fail. Remember this update...it's the beginning of the end for the PS4. Mark my words.
The X1 is on track to outpace the 360 - which was an extremely successful console. Nor to sure how this would be considered s disaster.
