The article sure seems to indicate that it'd be coming to the Xbox in some form....and I'm sure the PS4 as well.
Way too much money on the table for it to stay PC exclusive.
It may not meet the master race technical specs you so freely spouted nor may it be an exact port but it's coming.

New IP'S are risky. Most fail. His quote about 'suits not seeing this' is a little off. They wait to see the profits.

This is near the top of stupid articles posted on Forbes. The article was all over the place.
There is no mention that Floppy Bird was pulled for the obvious reasons. Nor does it detail tTe success of the P'S or X1...yet console gaming has a limited shelf life remaining? Also, not everyone wants to limit themselves to the limitations of casual/phone/android gaming. Some of us care about a story, mp experience, and top quality graphics.
The game looks fantastic (mp woulda been nice).

Not sure if u ever played Gears, but it looks very, very similar to Gears. Thats not a bad thing as Gears gameplay is fantastic. Just wondering what from that video you gleaned to be unique.

Even as a huge Borderlands fan, I find it hard to forgive Gearbox...they lied repeatedly and screwed over gamers and a franchise in one fell swoop. That trailer was sweet, but the bullshot pics were so far from the buggy game that was delivered.

As an 'XBot', I'll reiterate what I've said all along.....content is king. It's the games that matter. So if this game sucks, it's gonna suck in 1080p.
(Though I am interested in the Doom beta- I'll be keeping ears out for info on that).
I doubt it'll run at 1080p, but not going to venture a guess on final resolution. There are some things i can be patient with....I can wait the 2 weeks or so when it's confirmed or releases.
