I don't really care if it makes it to PS4 or not. The engine looks pretty and colorful, and it has that Jet Set Radio type of vibe to it how you're constantly on the go. Though, it's not something that looks like a must have, it just looks nice visually and like it could be a decent game.
I'll be honest and say I was very upset when I heard that at the beginning of the next gen cycle, Insomniac was making an X1 exclusive. After hearing the story about how Micr...
I assume the performance boost will have something to do with integrating GPGPU usage into the SDK even better. So, crappy devs like Infinity Ward and Treyarch can't make disgusting performing, visually underwhelming engines that run like crap on PS4. It'd be cool if somehow it could be backwards compat with current games, where they get an update and the performance boost is there, though I'm sure that's not the case.
They need the damn ICE team working on th...
The textures on those buildings are pure crap. The aliasing isn't horrible, but definitely noticeable. Basically, nothing in those screens looks as nice as Driveclub. Driveclub seems to have higher polygon counts and overall detail in all the elements of the visuals. I dunno about the gameplay though, could be good.
@Dacapn, that's the problem, they have the right idea about going open world/rpg, they just suck at the execution. They don't have the full vision of how to do it, so they keep putting out these half-assed story modes.
Oh, thank god, thought it was gonna say 'Journey coming to PS4!". It's much better to have them focus completely on something new.
lol
I knew it was a lot of trees, but over 1 million on 1 track, daayumm!
Yeah, I've been waiting for them to make a proper Action RPG DBZ for a while now. They've made a few of the fighting games that have indepth story modes and stuff, they might as well go full blown RPG.
This reminds me of EA recently self declaring themselves the best company ever because they started hiring gay people. Crapcom, hey, how about you encourage some diversity in your games, idiots. This isn't gonna get people buying your games again, you suck because you've ruined every good IP you've ever had, with Street Fighter suffering the same greedy DLC practices, and only surviving because the devs that work on it refuse to let the quality of gameplay mechanics drop. They'...
With the lack of gameplay vids, the game could definitely suck. That's why you don't pre-order just for some DLC, like Bruce Lee. THQ use to make these UFC games, EA made that crappy MMA game, now this is their first game with the UFC. I definitely wouldn't be buying it without seeing footage and reviews first.
LOL, the title of this article makes it sound so unnecessary.
Hmmm, maybe something wonky happened to the project file. You might have to just delete that project file and start over.
To see everyone's vids? I would like to be able to go to my friends list and go straight to someone's broadcast from there.
@candy_mafia, no, I'm talking about the PS4 'share' button menu. Since the last update they changed it so you can get in and out quicker when you hit 'share'. So, now when you press it and it goes to the first screen they put "Press triangle to save picture" and "Press square to save video". So, you can press the button and back out to your game right away, they also shortened the time it stays stalled on that blue screen when you back out to your game....
@Vitalogy, the workaround for that I guess would be to splice the film at the beginning and end points of where you want that sticker/etc to run for, then apply the fx.
Yes, I have been saying this since it released. It's great, but it could use more themes, transitions and FX. Good to see it's getting updated so quickly.
Now they just need to fix the video sharing feature. The last update fixed the issue of it not recording the right time, and it seems it always gets the last 15 minutes up to when you pressed the button now. It made another bug much worse though, where it doesn't show "Press Square to Save Video" when ...
pretty crazy
It's as good as the first trailers they had way back, really liking it.
Resident Evil – gone to hell
Street Fighter – one of the only things they got left
Monster Hunter – the other only thing they got left
Devil May Cry – went to crappy trash
Dead Rising – never found this to be even interesting
Lost Planet - seemed to have potential, never fulfilled
LMFAO! I swear, I was just thinking about this recently. I was like, watch them go and try to make more money off the old CODs on next gen. Didn't think they'd be such greedy dirtballs though. It's prolly true, and they'll prolly bring it over without optimizing it, and it'll perform/look like horse crap on PS4(kinda like Ghosts).
