So if 4 hours is too short and BF4 is a "rip off" for charging full price, who's buying Titanfall? You know it will be $60. Why do I not hear anybody calling Respawn out?
.....I'll tell you why. Just haters and hypocrites.
Annnnnnnd put them together in a book. Flip the pages real fast. There's the SP campaign folks! Lol jk.....I am so pumped for BF4. MP is gonna steal my life away! :)
How many hours you have logged in Journey's multiplayer? Honest question. I have never played it.
You make so much sense but I'm itching to upgrade my 580 (can't handle the 1.5gb VRAM). Think I'm gonna grab either a 770 or 780 and sell it a month or two before the 880. Yes, I'm pathetic... but BF4 was maxing out my VRAM on high settings, forcing Medium settings. :(
I may only speak for a select few but I could not care less. My time spent in BF is multiplayer. I am not saying that this is acceptable, as some look forward SP campaigns in BF and 4 hours is pathetic. Just not me. They could grey out the SP start button on Battlelog for all I care.
Thank you AMD! .... and you too, nVidia! Think I'll be staying Green after all! :)
Honestly, you can say the same thing about AMD and Mantle. Only GCN cards (7300 and beyond made in 2012 until now). Why are they leaving the other cards 2011 and before out? They must of been making Mantle and knew what they were doing (I'm saying that, I'm just doing what you did with an assumption.)
I will not disagree that it's a ploy to sell cards. But you cannot act like its just nVidia doing this shit. The 6990 (released in 2011 at $1000) does not use Mantle...
Those and Threatty makes the best montages!
What? Learn how to release buggy drivers?
This! I am hoping that the eVGA 780 Classified drops to around $600 or so to compete. Better power consumption, heat levels, features, all around the same speed. Mantle is AMD's only wild card that temps me to go Red. But nVidia has the best current features + future features.
annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd it's gone...
As much as the R9-290x kicks ass, THIS is why I will wait for what nVidia shows: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
That's pretty loud. Like a damn jet engine! (videos may not do the card justice and may be exaggerated)
I will wait until after nVidia reveals the 780ti and see if the eVGA 780 Classified drops its price. In the end, I may still go Red due to it's awesome price/perf...
I hope this number is an exaggeration but I'm sure, sadly, it's not far off. When I was young (17-20) I used to get warez and ISOs from mIRC. One day it clicked and I realized that developers worked their asses off and a POS like me was robbing them. I admit that I was wrong and since then supported developers as much as the wallet (and wife) would handle. It doesn't fix my past but it does feel good to be supportive. Now, piracy just makes me sick. As a PC Gamer, this is heartbre...
Nice card but from reviews it sounds like a jet engine and runs hot. I will wait out for nVidia and see what their response is. The 780ti looks promising and I would still love to get a 780 Classified if eVGA drops the price.
I still have 1.5gb 580GTX. I don't know if I should grab something soon or just wait for the Maxwell 880s next year. I had to run BF4 on medium during beta (could of just been the client or lack of VRAM) and the VRAM limitations are killing me trying to mod Skyrim with ENB enhancers.
I might just buy a 4gb 770 when the price drops next month and then sell it before buying an 880. :P
I would love to win a beta key .... and sell that MF! I've seen people offer $100+ for one.
Wow, I just read the game's store page on Steam expecting to find at least a warning. Unacceptable to be on Steam in such a state with no warning and/or intent on finishing the game (developer ran out of money). When you buy a game you should have the reasonable expectations that it will have the core components of a game (i.e. beginning, meat and potatoes, end). Quality is a whole different issue. For association purposes, when I buy a car I expect there to be an engine in it unless adve...
This game is a one of a kind experience! Must play! Go grab the demo on Steam!
I now see how a source did say that. Thanks for the info. I love nVidia but this card may be priced too good to pass up!
Wow ... you have issues. You are filled with hate. There is more to life than getting this worked up over a video card maker. I will pray for you.
I should of added that I was not being serious. You still have time to return that AMD brick oven if you want. But hey, it does serve as a space heater too if you live in a cold climate. I live in Hawaii so I will stick with Green because they are BETTER. Muahahah.....
