The launch was pretty rough on PC but it's running smooth and stable for me now. I know that there are still those with issues, I'm just no longer one of them. I hope they fix all platforms' issues because it truly is awesome....when working....
Crap, I will be in Japan for an exercise during this week! Guess the wife will just have to log into a game for me on the 5th to get the 1911, lol.
The only thing this game is/was missing is a Shared Chest/Stash. Great game but I hated how random the loot was and how hard that made it to make complete sets. Petty, I know. Still loved the game!
Got mine. Can't wait to provide some feedback to the devs!
Been alt-tabbing for 8 years. Glad to see this finally implemented.
As much as I love DICE and BF, I will still say, "We'll see."
As long as they do not mess up the Rambo Theme Song, that alone should get this game a 4/10. :P
Loved this!

Just purchased a new monitor: BenQ XL2420TE

144Hz at 1ms :)
TN monitors are not as pretty as IPS monitors but these are as close to CRT (latency speaking) as you can get! I'm speaking monitors. I know plasma is another level.
I love Metroidvania games so I may go pick this up! Only $14.99 on Steam. :)
Being as DAoC was my first MMO, I have rose tinted goggles of nostalgia when I think about how awesome the game is/was. I pledged to this game during the Kickstarter and cannot wait to see what Mark Jacobs can do to bring back that RvR feeling that DAoC produced. I just don't know if it has a large enough backing to over come P2P obstacles these days. Hopefully it does!
Are you implying that CS is a yearly re-skin that PC gamers ignore to acknowledge? Apples and Oranges...
1: The game has been "remade" three times. Never claiming to be different. PC players know this going into it. (CS, CS:Source, CS:GO)
2: CS is a benchmark (like Quake) for FPS competitive gaming, so of course PC players still play it.
3: CS is as locked down (almost perfect) as a game could ever be when it comes to stability.
When I played Guild Wars 2, I felt they did it right. I haven't played for months so I couldn't speak for it now. It was only boosters and cosmetics.
I'm probably the guy on the gunship screaming, "DAMNIT, I SUCK AT AIMING THIS DAMN GUN!!"
I'm a BF franchise fanboy. Honestly, in the 20 matches I have played so far, my experience is the following: I have had 2 crashes, Goldmud Railway has sound issues (you lose sound for a few seconds), and half the battles I have seen rubberbanding. It has been playable but it can be frustrating. If you were around for BF3's launch, it was the same with the crashes/rubberbanding. I have faith that DICE will fix it. I'm still loving it! Paracel Storm is my favorite map by far!
PC offers fun for me. Consoles may offer fun for you. That's all that matters. To each their own.
Just played four different maps on PC. The server crashed on the last map. The game was extremely smooth besides that one instance.
"5:02" Dinosaur Mode CONFIRMED!
Do you spot it? ;)
I am having no problems playing it on high with my 580. :) Ultra has a little bit of drag on the mouse, so I'll probably just stick to high settings. Looks like I may be able to wait it out on a big purchase until Maxwell after all! At the most, I may still jump on a 770 due to the price, VRAM, and the free games (4 free with an eVGA card as they throw in Rise of the Triad) just to get me over. :P
Battlefield 4 (MP) is freaking sick, btw!
edit: I only hav...
Love this game!
