There were lows? I didn't notice. Games-wise the WiiU and 3DS have had a stellar year. Only real problem is poor WiiU sales, which is unfortunate, as the poorer it sells, the fewer stellar years we're likely to see. I have a feeling 2015 will make or break the platform.

Well, you seem to have forgotten that the game was so bad at launch they actually pulled it back into beta for 8 months.
As long as it has a decent curve and isn't super bullet-hellish, I love the concept.

The horror genre never really died, though. 2014 was the year of the CRPG rebirth, though, thanks almost exclusovely to Kickstarter.
The games people are saying the PS4 doesn't have are, you know, exclusives. And this game here, the one you're using as evidence of some magic deluge of exclusive games everyone else in the world has missed? Yeah: it's not exclusive.
Last time I checked (was also the only time I checked--but ney, it was only an hour or two ago) the PS4 only had one exclusive with a metascore of better than 75: Second Son.

You won't regret it. Probably. Even considering the poor competition, its the best platformed on Vita.
Also consider Rogue Legacy please. Too few people know how awesome that game is.
I've no idea if you'll see those prices in-store (but knowing Best Buy, probably not) but you can do store pickup orders from the site, so I'd suggest ding that.
Story is mislabeled. As far as I know, FFI is only playable on the Wii and, by extension, WiiU. FF Origins is playable on the PSP, PSV, PS1, PS2 and PS3 (Notice what's missing? I sure as hell do) but it's actually a remake of FFI.
And then, of course, there's the updated port of that remake on PSP and iOS and Android, as well as the GBA remake (I think it's the 2nd of 3 remakes, unless it's the original version of the Origins remake) which can also be play...
Good news? Maybe? They were also going to do Bravely Default tracks, but every time I check the eShop there's nothing new.
Any good RPG will do that.

In general the whole "console wars" are only relevant to people who, for whatever reason, can only game on ONE platform.
