Don't worry about that. Sony hasn't arbitrarily removed the Vita's BC. Yet.

Read the article. It's a baseless assumption based off of a generic background image.

It was supposed to be out this winter, but XSEED's twitter hasn't mentioned it in months.

^--So there are people out there that think Minecraft has a story, characters, dialog, etc.? Goddamn.

What a waste. The mounts are ugly and pointless and the weapons too weak to ever use.

Can someone explain to me what that chart was supposed to indicate? It makes zero sense to me.

Of course? Most FF games play it pretty straight.

I prefer the Rikku's Ass scene myself.

Since when did Xbox use Windows? And what about Windows 9 / 6.3?

Wow. This really reads like an advertisement. You in viral marketing? Hope you're paid well.

Anyway, its silly to compare the XB3 and PS4. In terms of media functionality, the PC is and always will be king. And the best console for media? Still the PS3.

Nintendo hasn't had noteworthy third party support since the SNES. That's not this issue.

The problem with the WiiU is entirely one of reputation. With the Wii, Ninte do embraced a casual demographic that was never going to last at the -expense- of core gamers. Remember how Wii gamers had to beg and moan and organize massive campaigns to core games localized overseas? And even then, the Wii's biggest core game (DQX) never made it.

Couple that with...

Good thing Sony couldnt be arsed to do BC. Nothing beats a re-release of a re-release, eh?

Very much agreed. A lot of people point to Fallout and Fallout 2, but for me the definitive example of a nonlinear RPG is Romancing SaGa. Such a fantastic game.

I really hope they release it in the NA store, too. Though that may not happen as we're still waiting on Wild Arms V.

Doesn't really matter too much until or unless they start selling gamepads separately. And even then, aren't they valued at $150 USD?

Well, I guess some gamers are taking this as a sign Nintendo is improving things, but I really can't. Best case scenario, the new gamepad will have to he sleek design, range and battery life that the original gamepad ought to have had at launch. Worst case scenario, the redesign leeched resoures that could have been put toward the (...

People shouldnt preorder in the first place. Its stupid and anti-consumer.

Why?

Because Capcom. They are literally incapable of making good decisions.

Well, yeah. If a kid is exposed to good literature, good music, good movies, etc., then he or she will develop good taste in those things.

Isn't this common sense? No one chooses to have bad taste. Its a result of one's environment.

Of course. You can still find a few disc games in WalMart, and the odd collectors edition from an Indy studio.

The point is that the vast, overwhelming majority of PC games are only sold via digital distribution retailers. It is therefore effectively impossible to be a PC gamer today without embracing digital distribution.

Yeah. It changes how the story is told, but not what the story is. A gamic narrative styling that goes all the way back to the old Yes/No prompts that looped if you chose the wrong answer.

Or occasionally ended a game before it began.

Anyway, re: Bioware, Dragon Age was always intended to be a franchise--a surrogate for the D&D license after Bioware got sick of Wizards of the Coast. Each game was always inte red to be self contained: a serial narrative wa...
