Should Playstation+ be free?
There's a reason why there's more UNIQUE subscriptions on Xbox Live compared to the Playstation Network: it's a service worth paying for, whether the fanboys like it or not.
Both services have their own positives, shut the f*** up for five minutes, christ.
@Alpha-Male22: Sorry, Microsoft have been making a profit for a while and with the 360 S they're making more; it a lot less to manufacture than...
...GUIDANCE!
It says it right there. Pricks like GWAVE deny it, but it's right there in plain text... AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.
Dear Bhai,
That was not ignorant at all.
Regards,
Xeoset.
Kinect: 4 players for $119
Move: 4 players for ((4 x $80) + $40)
Just sayin'...
This is the SAME incident, the SAME video, being passed around TOO MUCH.
This has been submitted 4/5 times already. ONE person's problem.
Jesus f****** christ.
Why would you want to sit down on Kinect? 4 people use that sofa to sit and play Kinect together.
It's confirmed to support more than 4 people (see yesterday's N4G article).
It's still early in production, they have a few months to continue to refine the product. As have Sony with Move, which also lags (see E3 Tiger Woods demo).
Microsoft have still said the pricing is up in arms (see yesterday's N4G article).
...
Check the damn pictures:
"5'8"... Calibration in progress..."
"5'6"... Calibration in progress..."
"5'7"... Calibration complete!"
It was summing up how tall said person was because it's hard when you NATURALLY sway. The only true way to get a quick and accurate reading of your height is either physically measuring or using a top-down IR beam, which you stand under and it measures wh...
That's not an overheating problem, the power brick has failed for whatever reason.
Mine did the same after pouring copious amounts of alcohol over it.
He doesn't only slam Kinect, but everything of the last 10 odd years. Not only that, he also praises said device.
F*** these blogs looking for cheap hits and f*** the tools posting them.
I respect your opinion, but I'm still not convinced. Other than the 3DS I found nothing else interesting, which in itself is quite a statement as I hate how 3D TVs, games and cinema are being shoved down our throat. Games first, peripherals after.
Nobody won. E3 was shockingly bad this year; every presentation was suicidal including Microsoft's, Sony's and Free+'s. The only one that was worth hearing about was Nintendo's... at a push.
The rest of the years events best resolve this.
You never want a stable console with the best online service, great exclusives from the past five years and experiences you won't be able to find elsewhere?
I thought they taught critical thinking in schools nowadays? If you're a gamer you would surely want one? I don't understand this place.
What if all these kids want to play Wave?
To play four players on the 360, with Kinect: 1 x ~$150 (One camera)
To play four players on the PS3, with Wave: 4 x ~$80 + 1 x $~40 (One camera + 4 pairs of controllers)
Face it, this argument is more than invalid. The 360 is now the cheapest console to play on if you're looking for this pointless, motion based gameplay.
What's more, the hell are you arguing about it for in the first ...
I can see the same if I'm honest.
To be fair though, with the amount of rumour articles on GoFanboy it wouldn't surprise me if they gave Patcher a keyboard and told him to get on some ideas. If you spout a thousand rumours, one will come true, right?
Listen to the reviewer, genius:
"...Though this is a very early release of the Natal prototype. I fully expect these kinks to be fully ironed out by launch".
Wrong, they put the microprocessors back in. Besides, that claim that it would need ~10%+ of the 360's power is bull.
And because the PS3 has one exclusive RPG, Demon Souls, that's worth talking about it makes it the RPG console? Well, I best completely disregard the fact I own the likes of Lost Odyssey (which is easily the best JRPG this generation, as stated by those that have actually played the FINAL build) and such, because, clearly my opinion is wrong and logic means nothing.
Agreed, but when you give the power to the fanboys, expect to see that power abused.
They're essentially giving free pass to smear campaigns like this was some sort of election campaign - "I want MY console company to rule the world!".
@IdleLeeSiuLung - I hardly believe it is because of that, but the sheer fact that a massive amount of the first year/two years of Playstation 3 adopters were only in it for the Final Fantasy franchise; a lot of non-gamers play it and just that alone. Therefore, that and being exclusive in Japan tipped the ratio in Sony's favour.
@kratos17 - While the Xbox 360 version was largely superior, it is a game that the Japanese market invests in and Microsoft has no finger in that...
Well done, you can handle single integers.
OOOOHHHHHHH, I see. No, you're just being a 'tard because you think this gives you some moral victory thanks to your purchase of one specific hunk of plastic over another.
*Round of applause*
