Okay, so I think a lot of you are correct: The few suspiciously low scores rolling in must be related to the political and religious connections. The general Christian pastor community has been under the spotlight for giving a certain world leader a mulligan on activities like being a serial adulterer with particularly salacious girls.
Then there's the assault rifle issue. Which, regardless what your personal opinion is shouldn't carry over into the recreational par...
It's great when PlayStation is sailing high because we get flourishes to our game catalogue like MediEvil. Looking forward to this one. Kind of like a dream come true.
So either pay with gold or pay with time as a skeleton? Kind of cool. It's basically instant gratification at a price or save your gold but lose a minute or two earning your life back.
Polyogon's review scores for the most recent Far Crys:
Far Cry 3 — 9
Far Cry 4 — 9
Far Cry Primal — 8.5
And considering so many reviewers are reporting this is the best Far Cry yet, something stinks—and it isn't the charbroiled cow cojones.
Hey, that was just the best-worst reason I could imagine. I admitted it seemed like a tin-foil-hat hypothesis. Idea was to get a round-table going to try to reason it out. I mean, maybe it actually is that subpar. Just seems super unlikely.
Um? How?
Okay, so maaaaybe Polygon is trying to downplay the [surely soon to be discovered] fact that Far Cry 5 is better [see: way] than Sea of Thieves. There-by keeping some gamers from picking up Far Cry 5 over Sea of Thieves? Seems crazy, I know, but does anythung else makes sense? 🤷♂️

"It's funny how someone of you guy's almost seem offended by this, any excuse why SoT is number one for the week.
Just let it go, you ps4 guy's don't plan on playing it... EVER... So who cares.
This game is not going to hurt your brand, so why do guy's keep down playing something you never intend to play."
Umm.......? 👇👆
"You guy's need to ...
With you.
Sucks when there's a story that's interesting, you're conserving data, and it's a video without the transcript.
I up-chuckled a little bit in my mouth.
@darthv72
Played through Uncharted 4: A Thief's End,, Horizon Zero Dawn, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Limb and then The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt basically one after the other. Then I tried to play Rise of the Tomb Raider and couldn't get into it for like a week. The story finally hooked me—but yeah, it's easy to go game-blind with all these third-person view games.
Okay, even I think that score is an insult. Actually, it's an insult to insults. It's not Sneak King for frick sakes.
😬
As simple as it might seem, I'd wait two months for a new vehicle pack if Polyphony woukd add a 'Start Next Race' button at the end of each GT League race.

How did the Last of Us sequel slip my mind? Yeah, no, that will definitely be the one to beat.
Death Stranding could get pushed out to be THE launch title for PlayStation 5, though.
That aiming system isn't very forgiving. Looked as though a few of those shots taken at the vultures were on-target—but they kept flying.
Seems that with all extremists' reviews aside this is going to be a solid 8.5-9.0 rated game.
I'd dub 7.5 as acceptable.
8-8.5 as decent.
8.6-9 great.
9.1 to 9.7 awesome.
9.8 to 10 not to miss.
7.5 just kind of seems like a score you'd give as a low-blow for a game like Far Cry 5.
Wow. Wasn't there just thirteen vehicles added two or three weeks ago?
Not that it does, but some websites utilize Microsoft services such as server hosting, cloud services and various other software. This can lead to some of these review sites making connections and form bonds at MS, where one thing can lead to another...
There's also the parent company, umbrella scenario. This can sometimes be seen when you read a story and at the end will be a little line conveying if the reporting site is affiliated by corporate bonds with the subject ...
