You're right though, that IS halo. I much prefer there actually being a realistic chance of a comeback if you don't get the power weapons though, otherwise it's cheap. I didn't get to physically play it because I only have a PS3 right now, but was pleased with what I heard from the majority of the players.
the audience is HUGE though. all xbox owners, anyways.
- Active Roster (this thing is WIN if you're waiting to join a friend).
- In-game stats compare with all your friends.
- host migration.
- customizable characters.
- 2 player split-screen campaign co-op (single player campaign).
- 4 player online co-op (same as above :)).
- Forge (map creation).
- Shared saved films, game types, maps.
- Firefight (additional wave based co-op mode).
It is the Ultimate Game, bu...
the above statement is true.
but IGN has it nail on the head. Dance Central and a couple other games worked really well, and there were obvious latency issues with others. To those wanting hardcore kinect games, it will never happen. they are targeting the wii audience, and the only motion controller that even has a chance with the hardcore is move, but i really don't like motion controls at all.
I've been waiting for two years, my friends even longer. I don't think they care, personally. Better late than never I suppose (when/if it does release), but I'm not going to hold my breath.
and completely ignore it instead of feeling compelled to post something that starts needless argument. I don't particularly like the thing either, but I'm sick of seeing these articles get attention that they don't deserve. They made a statement, end of story.
Let these ones go so articles people actually want to see make it to the top.
Was absolutely gorgeous cell-shading (for most of the environments). I can't believe people don't like that art style. When it's done well, it's awesome.
KZ3 obviously doesn't use this though, I can't believe anyone could actually make that mistake.
They did need it in the hands of the press first, and considering it was shipping that day, it didn't leave a whole lot of time. Besides, companies do this all the time (including Sony with the TVs), just maybe not always on such a big stage. It may seem wrong, but it is a good business move nonetheless.
They knew their conference was targeted towards the casual, so they needed to find anyway they could to make up for it, admittedly. Gates did this when they launched the ...
hopefully people read it, and understood it before making assumptions like they always do.
360 SLIM USES 10% OF THE PREVIOUS XBOX 360'S POWER, WHICH WAS LESSENED ALREADY BY EACH MOTHERBOARD REVISION:
Xenon/Zephyr/(Falcon[NEW]/Opu s[REFURB])/Jasper/Valhalla(SLI M)
SO THE TOTAL IT HAS DROPPED SINCE THE BEGINNING IS MUCH MORE THAN 10%. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT.
You're uneducated filth, end of discussion. Do some fact checking on electronics with disc drives. You will be enlightened, I promise.
was played upside down by people because many were FAULTY and could only be played upside down. I recall the PS2 having disc read errors also. AGAIN, every console has had it's faults.
PSone - had to be played upside down because of a faulty drive in quite a few units.
PS2 - SOME units experienced more disc read errors than usual.
Original Xbox (2001) - had a problem where the Thompson drive in the first models would have difficulty readi...
even in the slightest. nothing happens when it is stationary (for 99.99999% of users).
and IHateYouFanboys, you get a bubble dude.
So, okay, when the PS3 was in rough shape near the beginning in terms of few worthwhile games and overpriced hardware, the 360 fanboys (note fanboys, not owners in general), bashed it for being a piece of crap. I'll admit I was one of them, but I think all foolishness and harshness aside, we kind of had a point.
PS3 fanboys (again, not users in general) had a great time with RRoD as their revenge. The problem has subsided, although not completely solved, so yes, we get it...
I was a skeptic who thought this was fake at first, but I've come to terms that this could be the real deal. But, where are the tray eject and sync buttons, as well as the usb ports?
There's no way it'll live up. I'm going to enjoy watching this one burn. I was looking forward to it, but the arrogance surrounding it is offensive.
Can't be real. Has no usb ports, or buttons on the front for tray and controller sync. Looks fake.
Personally, I'm not in love with the design if that's really it, but I'm not really all about looks when it comes to consoles. I'm more interested to see the hardware aspect. And, I'm not sure of its credibility because from the looks of it, it still uses a tray. I see no eject button, USB slots, or controller sync button for that matter. Seems fishy.
so no harm done in my opinion, but I hope he accepted privately. It's a compliment because he's so popular, it would be offensive to turn it down.
