I don't understand the antipathy that Days Gone has garnered. I've ben looking forward to the game since the early previews. I think it look great.
If this console iteration will allow you to transfer disc-based game installs from another Xbox One (as you can do now) then I can see it having value for those who want a 2nd Xbox in their house. I wouldn't purchase a disc-only console but if I could get a 2nd One for a low price point which grants me access to all of my existing games (digital and disc via transfer) then I would consider the option.

I just don't understand the mentality of "I relish the things I own so therefore I MUST hate the things I don't". I recently bought an Audi Q5. It's a nice SUV and I'm happy with my choice. Crackdown 3 is not a great game nor is it the total disaster that many are making it out to be. If you played the first in the series then this game is essentially "more of the same" but with an expansive open-world environment, ramped up action and improved visuals (which again, are not as bad as people are claiming). I wouldn't pay the $60 asking price for the title but it's a decent addition to Game Pass and may make a worthy purchase once it hits a much lower pricing tie...
I don't get how people believe that content will indefinitely remain on fee-based subscription services. It's like they don't understand simple concepts like contracts, business arrangements and revenue streams.

I paid full price for Shadow of the Tomb Raider when it was released a few months ago, which is the same amount as 6 months of Game Pass (7 when you factor in the current promotion).
Game Pass is such an incredible deal. I can't see how anyone can argue otherwise.

I played the through the first one. I found it a complete bore. I heard the second game was a vast improvement but I quit after about 2 hours of gameplay for the same reason as the first.
Glad you enjoyed them, though.
Another Assassin's Creed game? It's the one franchise that I have no interest in playing yet I've managed to accumulate almost every title in the series via promotions like Games with Gold.
Jedi Academy, Bomberman and the retro Bloodstained, these games were decent...15 years ago.

My bad. I read the title of the YouTube video which refers to the build as a "gaming battlestation" so I assumed they were putting together a custom PC. I still think that both titles are a bit misleading as I've heard people refer to their PCs as gaming stations.

I haven't played any of these titles so I'm excited to give them try. Far Cry 2 is the only one of that series that I skipped.
