I guarantee that you will be fighting batallions of thousands of enemies, each with sophisticated AI. Just check this video out, it's just a tech demo. Imagine what they can do with the time and money that Ninja Theory and Sony put into this game.
Gears is a whole different game. Different gameplay(still fun though), different genre, different art direction, different engine. This game looks beautiful,the developers deserve to be praised for that. 1080p at 60fps w/self-shadowing. Looks like the unprogrammable PS3 is starting to get programmed really well and this isn't even the biggest PS3 game to come.

Yes, I have. I'm looking at them right now in the April GameInformer issue, it has all of the details of the plane crash and it shows the actual actors in the plane in the development studio too. I really wish I had a scanner. I actually thought everyone had seen these, am I missing something? Have they not been scanned on the web yet?
I hope they have that playable demo that the GameInformer editors have played. This game is due for the end of the year though, that's a long ass time.
I've seen almost all of these in April GameInformer. Nothing breathtakingly new, I was hoping for 'New' new, if you know what I mean.

I bet you anything that the shooter would have done this regardless of if he played videogames, you can't "train" on videogames because however you want to put it, it's not the real thing. You don't have a real life person in front of you, you're supposed to know it's a program. How about getting these people counseling or help, removing violent videogames will not stop these shootings because these people will still be the same person with the same intentions.
great description, the game was a masterpiece, technically and innovatively and rivals some next-gen games now. Team Ico is incredibly talented and I'm glad that Sony has got them under their arm. If they did that with PS2 hardware, I can't even imagine the technical showery that they'll achieve with the PS3?

I'm waiting to see more of it in action. The AI and animations of the crowd and the main character is what sold me in the first place. I hope they've improved with that. They still have months to tweak.
