For me Driveclub is the game that has defined this generation so far!
By that same token, the game never puts you in a position where it's impossible to catch up either. It may not be a realistic scenario, but the game IS balanced. So yes, while true your opponents can catch up, so can you. Personally I like this method better. Far too many times I have played racing games where I leave everyone in my rear view mirror on the first lap and I spend the rest of the race just casually cruising the track until I cross the finish line. Like I said, I'm not TYPICALLY for censorship but in this particular case, I agree with Nintendo's decision! It's a ridiculously juvenile feature that has absolutely no bearing on the game by removing it and I applaud them for doing it. Like I said, video games need to grow up!

I don't think any other game pushes the PS4's graphic capabilities more than Driveclub. I know when i play, my PS4 get's LOUD! Like you can really hear that cooling fan working overtime because the PS4's processing prowess is pushing hard! No other game in my library does that to my PS4 like Driveclub.
The VR version will be it's own separate game. It will have no effect on the standard PS4 version whatsoever.
I frankly don't see what more they can do with it graphically. The game already is drop-dead gorgeous! There's nothing visually lacking about this game whatsoever!

At this point, who cares honestly? Both consoles have large enough install bases to sustain themselves. The whole "war" over who sold more is now a moot point. Just play your damn games and forget the rest.
If there is demand for it, sure why not. I won't be buying it but I'd like to see it available for those who would.
It's one thing to be unique. It's quite something else to try and be a solution in search of a problem and I feel the last few years that's what Nintendo has tried to be with the motion controls and the Wii U gamepad.
To me, what makes Nintendo unique and what keeps me interested in them is their stellar in-house IP's, not gimmicks!

For reasons I honestly cannot understand outside of convenience and cheap entry cost. Phone gaming is an absolute joke and IMO will NEVER match the experience of a great home console or even a dedicated handheld like the 3DS. You can only play Angry Birds and Candy Crush for so freaking long!
I've logged by far more hours into Driveclub than any other game this generation. 2nd place would probably be Destiny but it's a distant second.
